Description
「メッシュ」という用語は、本明細書では、クロマトグラフィー媒体をカラム内に保持するために使用することができるシートの形態の任意の多孔質材料を意味する。メッシュは、例えば、製織糸、不織糸の絡み合い、焼結粒子、延伸シートなどから作られ、使用される材料は、例えば、金属、ポリマー、ガラス、又はセラミックスとすることができる。プラスチックメッシュでは、材料はポリマーを含む。
本発明の一実施形態は、固定具要素7のエッジ部9、12、13、15、16が、プラスチックメッシュ4に0.1mm以上、又は0.5mm以上貫入するクロマトグラフィーカラムアセンブリである。図1は、カラム管1、アダプタバッキングプレート2、アダプタ分配プレート3、プラスチックメッシュ4、底部分配プレート5、底部パーキングプレート6、及び固定具要素7を備えるクロマトグラフィーカラムの概略図である。
Claims (10)
- 1つ以上のプラスチックメッシュ(4)と、前記プラスチックメッシュを分配プレート(3、5)に取り付ける1つ以上の固定具要素(7)とを備えるクロマトグラフィーカラムアセンブリであって、前記固定具要素が、前記プラスチックメッシュ(4)に貫入するエッジ部(9、12、13、15、16)を含んでいて、封止を形成するとともに前記プラスチックメッシュの半径方向の移動を防ぐ、クロマトグラフィーカラムアセンブリ。
- 前記エッジ部(9、12、13、15、16)が、前記プラスチックメッシュ(4)に0.1mm又は0.5mm以上貫入する、請求項1記載のクロマトグラフィーカラムアセンブリ。
- 前記プラスチックメッシュ(4)がプラスチック焼結メッシュである、請求項1又は請求項2記載のクロマトグラフィーカラムアセンブリ。
- 前記固定具要素がスナップリング(8)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載クロマトグラフィーカラムアセンブリ。
- 前記固定具要素がネジ(11)及び/又は分配プレート(3、5)の一体特徴部を含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載クロマトグラフィーカラムアセンブリ。
- 前記プラスチックメッシュ(4)の直径が10cm以上又は40cm以上である、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載クロマトグラフィーカラムアセンブリ。
- プラスチックメッシュ(4)をクロマトグラフィーカラムアセンブリの分配プレート(3、5)に固定するための固定具要素(7)であって、前記固定具要素が、スナップリング(8)、ネジ(11)、又は分配プレート(3、5)の一体特徴部と、前記プラスチックメッシュに貫入させるためのエッジ部(9、12、13、15、16)とを備える、固定具要素(7)。
- 前記エッジ部(9、12、13、15、16)が0.2mm以上又は0.5mm以上の高さを有する、請求項7記載の固定具要素。
- 前記エッジ部(9、12、13、15、16)が鋭利であって、先端部(22)において0.1mm未満の曲率半径を有する、請求項7又は請求項8記載の固定具要素。
- 前記エッジ部(9、12、13、15、16)は、片側(17)が前記プラスチックメッシュに本質的に垂直である本質的に三角形の断面を有する、請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の固定具要素。
