式1において、M1はFe、Ti、Cr、Mn又はVを示し、M2はPO4又はSを示し、M3はF又はOを示す。また、xは0≦x≦2の関係を満たす実数であり、yは0≦y≦1の関係を満たす実数であり、zは0≦z≦2の関係を満たす実数であり、wは0≦w≦3の関係を満たす実数である。そして、x+y>0の関係を満たすと共に、z+w>0の関係を満たす。正極11の具体例としては、NaCrO2、TiS2、NaMnF3、Na2FePO4F、NaVPO4F、Na0.44MnO2などが挙げられる。
料が好適に利用でき、例えば、Al、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Mo、W、Pt及びAuからなる群のうち少なくとも1種を含む金属または合金、およびステンレスを用いることができる。特に、アルカリ金属がNaである場合、Al、Mo、W、Pt及びAuのうち少なくともいずれか1種を含む金属および合金から選択することが好ましい。

Claims (6)
- 正極と負極とが電解質を介して配置された発電要素が、容器の内部に収納されている蓄電デバイスであって、
前記電解質が溶融塩であり、前記正極と前記負極との間でアルカリ金属のイオンをやり取りすることにより充放電を行うとともに、
前記負極の活物質および前記容器の少なくとも前記溶融塩と接する部位の材料として、カルゴゲナイドガラスを主成分とするガラス材料を用いたことを特徴とする蓄電デバイス。 - 前記発電要素が、前記正極と前記負極との間に配されたセパレータを有し、該セパレータにカルゴゲナイドガラスを主成分とするガラス材料を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記正極及び前記電解質のうち少なくともいずれか一方が、前記アルカリ金属のイオンを含有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記アルカリ金属が、Naであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記負極が負極集電体を備え、該負極集電体の前記電解質に接する表面の少なくとも一部が、Al、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Mo、W、Pt及びAuからなる群のうち少なくとも1種を含む金属または合金、およびステンレスのうち少なくともいずれか1種から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記正極が正極集電体を備え、該正極集電体の前記電解質に接する表面の少なくとも一部が、Al、Niおよびステンレスのうち少なくともいずれか1種から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス。
