Description
Claims (5)
- ケーブルおよび固定板を備えるケーブル固定アセンブリであり、
前記ケーブルは、ケーブル本体、および、前記ケーブル本体の端部に配置されたケーブルヘッド部を備え、
前記ケーブルヘッド部は、
第1の端部および第2の端部を有し、該第1の端部が前記ケーブル本体の端部に接続された応力解放部、
第1の端部および第2の端部を有し、該第1の端部が前記応力解放部の第2の端部の端部表面に配置された接合部、および、
前記接合部の第2の端部の側面の互いに反対側となる2箇所から延出する、2つの扇形状であるロック体を、備え、
前記固定板は、
前記固定板を貫通して形成され、形状が、前記接合部および前記ロック体の全体形状と合致する接合孔、
前記固定板に形成され、前記接合孔と隣接し、誘導斜面および戻り防止面を備える少なくとも1つの戻り防止ブロック、および、
前記固定板に配置されて、前記ケーブルの前記ケーブル本体内にある導電性撚線を固定する、少なくとも1つのフックを、備え、
前記接合部および前記ロック体は、前記接合孔の中に挿入され、ある特定の角度回転させられ、前記ロック体は、前記誘導斜面上を移動して、前記戻り防止面によってロックされる、ことを特徴とするケーブル固定アセンブリ。 - 前記固定板は、ブロッキング片をさらに備え、
前記ブロッキング片は、前記固定板に配置され、前記接合孔に隣接し、前記戻り防止ブロックと対向しており、
前記接合部は、筒形状であり、
前記接合孔の形状は、円形と、円形において対向する2箇所から外側へと延出する2つの扇形とを組み合わせた形状を有し、
前記戻り防止ブロックおよび前記ブロッキング片は、前記接合孔の前記扇形の2つのエッジにそれぞれ隣接して配置される、請求項1に記載のケーブル固定アセンブリ。 - 前記ブロッキング片は、ブロッキング表面を有し、
2つのブロッキング片および2つの戻り防止ブロックがあり、前記2つのブロッキング片は、前記接合孔に対して対角線上に配置され、前記2つの戻り防止ブロックは、前記接合孔に対して対角線上に配置される、請求項2に記載のケーブル固定アセンブリ。 - 前記固定板を受容し、前記固定板と結合されるケースをさらに備え、
前記ケースは、前記ケースの側壁を貫通して形成されたスルーホールを備え、前記ケーブル本体を前記スルーホールに通過させ、
前記ロック体と前記応力解放部との間には、前記接合孔の側壁と合致する制限溝が形成される、請求項1に記載のケーブル固定アセンブリ。 - 前記ケーブルヘッド部は、前記接合部の第2の端部の端部表面に配置された端末部をさらに備え、前記導電性撚線を受容するために、前記端末部、前記接合部および前記応力解放部を貫通するスルーホールが形成される、請求項1に記載のケーブル固定アセンブリ。
