Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態にかかる集中電圧制御装置を備える電圧制御システムの構成例を示す図である。図1において、電圧制御機器1は例えば変電所に設置された配電用変圧器としてのLRT(Load Ratio Control Transformer:負荷時タップ切替器付変圧器)である。電圧制御機器1にはローカル電圧制御装置10が接続されており、ローカル電圧制御装置10は電圧制御機器1を制御する。ローカル電圧制御装置10は、電圧制御機器1と一体的に設置または併設することができる。ローカル電圧制御装置10は、電圧制御機器1の制御量を調整することにより、具体的にはタップ位置を調整することにより、電圧制御機器1を制御する。また、ローカル電圧制御装置10は、通信機能を有し、光ネットワーク等の高速な通信ネットワークである第1の通信ネットワーク7に接続されている。
Claims (12)
- 高圧系統の配電線の電圧および電力を計測し計測した電圧および電力を計測情報として送信する第1の計測装置と、前記配電線の電圧を計測し、計測した電圧が適正電圧範囲から逸脱しているか否かを示す情報であり情報量が前記計測情報より少ない逸脱情報を送信する第2の計測装置と、前記配電線の電圧を制御する電圧制御機器とを備える電圧制御システムにおける集中電圧制御装置であって、
前記第1の計測装置から受信した前記計測情報に基づいて前記配電線内の電力分布を推定する電力分布推定部と、
前記電力分布に基づいて前記配電線の電圧分布を推定する電圧分布推定部と、
前記電圧分布において適正電圧範囲から電圧が逸脱する箇所がある場合に、前記電圧制御機器の制御量を決定する制御量決定部と、
前記第2の計測装置から受信した前記逸脱情報に基づいて前記配電線内の電力分布を補正する補正部と、
を備え、
前記電圧分布推定部は、前記補正部により前記配電線内の電力分布が補正された場合、補正された電力分布を用いて前記配電線の電圧分布を推定することを特徴とする集中電圧制御装置。 - 前記第2の計測装置は、計測した電圧の適正電圧範囲からの逸脱量の一定期間内の積算値が閾値を超えた場合に、計測した電圧が適正電圧範囲から逸脱していると判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 前記第2の計測装置は、計測した電圧の適正電圧範囲からの逸脱量の一定期間内の積算値が閾値を超えた場合に、前記逸脱情報を送信することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 前記逸脱情報は、計測した電圧が適正電圧範囲内であるかまたは計測した電圧が適正電圧範囲から逸脱しているかを識別する情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 前記逸脱情報は、適正電圧範囲の上限値を超える逸脱が生じているかまたは適正電圧範囲の下限値を下回る逸脱が生じているかを示す1ビットの情報であることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 前記逸脱情報は、計測した電圧の適正電圧範囲からの逸脱量の大きさを示す情報を含むことを特徴する請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 第1の通信ネットワークを介して前記第1の計測装置から前記計測情報を受信し、前記第1の通信ネットワークより伝送速度が低い第2の通信ネットワークを介して前記第2の計測装置から前記逸脱情報を受信することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 前記第2の通信ネットワークは、前記配電線に接続される開閉器を制御するための制御情報の送信に用いられる通信ネットワークであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 前記第2の計測装置は、前記配電線に接続される開閉器と一体化されて実装されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 前記補正部は、受信した前記逸脱情報に基づいて適正電圧範囲の下限を下回る逸脱が生じたと判断した場合、前記配電線の第1の位置に配置される第1の設備と、前記第1の位置より上流の第2の位置に配置される第2の設備とを、前記第1の設備が消費する電力が前記第2の設備が生成する電力に等しく、かつ受信した前記逸脱情報の送信元の前記第2の計測装置の計測点の電圧が適正電圧範囲を一定量逸脱するように、前記第1の位置、前記第2の位置、前記第1の設備の消費する電力および前記第2の設備の生成する電力を決定し、決定した結果に基づいて前記第1の設備および前記第2の設備が前記配電線に接続されると仮定して電力分布を算出することにより補正後の電力分布を算出することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 前記補正部は、受信した前記逸脱情報に基づいて適正電圧範囲の上限を超える逸脱が生じたと判断した場合、前記配電線の第1の位置に配置される第1の設備と、前記第1の位置より上流の第2の位置に配置される第2の設備とを、前記第1の設備が生成する電力が前記第2の設備が消費する電力に等しく、かつ受信した前記逸脱情報の送信元の前記第2の計測装置の計測点の電圧が適正電圧範囲を一定量逸脱するように、前記第1の位置、前記第2の位置、前記第1の設備が生成する電力および前記第2の設備が消費する電力を決定し、決定した結果に基づいて前記第1の設備および前記第2の設備が前記配電線に接続されると仮定して電力分布を算出することにより補正後の電力分布を算出することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の集中電圧制御装置。
- 高圧系統の配電線の電圧および電力を計測し計測した電圧および電力を計測情報として送信する第1の計測装置と、前記配電線の電圧を計測し、計測した電圧が適正電圧範囲から逸脱しているか否かを示す情報であり情報量が前記計測情報より少ない逸脱情報を送信する第2の計測装置と、前記配電線の電圧を制御する電圧制御機器と、前記第1の計測装置から受信した前記計測情報に基づいて前記配電線内の電力分布を推定し、前記電力分布に基づいて前記配電線の電圧分布を推定し、推定された前記電圧分布において適正電圧範囲から電圧が逸脱する箇所がある場合に前記電圧制御機器の制御量を決定し、前記第2の計測装置から受信した前記逸脱情報に基づいて前記配電線内の電力分布を補正し、前記配電線内の電力分布が補正された場合、補正された電力分布を用いて前記配電線の電圧分布を推定する集中電圧制御装置とを備える電圧制御システムにおける前記第2の計測装置であって、
前記配電線の電圧を計測する計測部と、
前記計測した電圧に基づいて前記逸脱情報を生成し、前記逸脱情報を格納した逸脱通知を生成する逸脱通知生成部と、
前記逸脱通知を前記集中電圧制御装置へ送信する通信部と、
を備えることを特徴とする計測装置。
