Claims (1)
- 良導電性かつ良熱伝導性の筒状ケースの内部に、少なくとも、特定温度で溶融または軟化する感温ペレットと、この感温ペレットを押圧する強圧縮ばねと、前記筒状ケースの開口端を閉止する絶縁管と、この絶縁管に当接した弱圧縮ばねと、前記絶縁管を貫通した内方端を接点部とした線径0.6mm以上1.2mm以下の第1リードと、この第1リードおよび前記筒状ケースと電気接続した可動接点とを有し、さらに前記筒状ケースの片端に配設された第2リードを備えた感温ペレット型温度ヒューズにおいて、前記絶縁管と前記可動接点との間隙をL1とし、第1リード端から弱圧縮ばねまでの距離をXとして、X/L1の比を少なくとも1.0以上として、動作温度よりも+100K高い温度で10分以上保持した時の直流500Vでの絶縁抵抗値が0.2MΩ以上であることを特徴とする感温ペレット型温度ヒューズ。
