‐中断のない連続的な送給時間
‐3〜12分毎の濾過ケーキの放出時間
には制限がない。
‐濾過チャンバを0.4バールまでの静水圧に60分間保つ処理と、
‐圧縮用圧力チャンバを1〜2バールのポンプ圧に1〜2分間保つ処理と、
‐圧縮用圧力チャンバを40バールまでの鋼板圧縮用圧力に5〜10分間保つ処理と
を有しており、合計の排液処理時間は66〜72分とする。
Claims (1)
- 送給装置と、少なくとも1つの前記送給装置側の縦型濾過チャンバ(2、3)とを具え、前記縦型濾過チャンバの出口には、濃密化された残留物を前記縦型濾過チャンバ(2)から除去してポンプ圧を発生させるための少なくとも1つのポンプ(6)が連結されており、このポンプ(6)が連結ラインにより1つ以上の密閉された圧縮用圧力チャンバ(8)に連結されている、物質混合物及び懸濁液の固液分離装置であって、2つの前記縦型濾過チャンバ(2、3)を平行に備えるとともに、それぞれの前記縦型濾過チャンバを独立して、入口側に配置した前記送給装置にバルブ手段を用いて連結し、且つ、出口側に配置した1つ以上の圧縮用圧力チャンバ(8)に前記ポンプ(6)を用いて連結されていることを特徴とする固液分離装置。
