Description

The present invention relates to a sink in which a storage portion is formed in a part of a sink of a sink used in a kitchen .

2. Description of the Related Art A sink used in a kitchen or the like is known in which a storage portion is formed in a sink tank so that detergent or the like can be stored in the sink. For example, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), the inner side surface of the sink 20 is recessed to form a storage recess 21, and the storage rack 22 is detachably attached to the storage recess 21. Have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In this case, the storage rack 22 is formed in a bowl shape with a metal wire 22a as shown in FIG. 7B, and the storage rack 22 holds detergent or sponge in the storage recess 21. It can be stored.

However, when the storage rack 22 is formed in a basket with the wire 22a as described above when the detergent or sponge is held in the storage rack 22 and stored in the storage recess 21, it is stored in the storage recess 21. The stored items such as detergents and sponges that are visible are not fully visible, and there is a problem that when the sink 20 is used, if the water splashes, the stored items are easily applied. Further, the storage rack 22 formed in a bowl shape with the wire 22a has a feeling of strangeness with respect to the sink 20 formed as a smooth surface and does not fit, and is cleaned when dirt is attached to the storage rack 22. There was also a problem that it was difficult.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and can prevent stored items such as detergents and sponges stored in the storage recesses from becoming completely visible, and can sink the stored items without splashing water. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sink in which the partition member can be easily cleaned and the fit of the partition member is clean and the appearance of the sink is not impaired.

A sink according to the present invention is a sink for a sink used in a kitchen, and has a recess in the rear side of the sink that is open at the front and the top, and a partition member formed of a face material is the recess. The partition member spans the entire left and right width of the front opening of the recess, and the front surface is the inner side surface of the sink on the left and right sides of the recess. And engaging means for engaging the left and right side surfaces inside the recess are provided at the left and right end portions on the back side of the partition member. And a step portion formed laterally on the inner side surface of the recess toward the back side, and an edge portion of a receiving plate on which an object is placed is placed on the step portion, and the receiving plate Is located on the back side of the partition member.

In the present invention, the recess is preferably formed to a height reaching to the bottom slightly from below the upper surface of the sink.

The present invention can prevent the stored items such as detergents and sponges stored in the storage recesses from becoming fully visible and can use the sink without splashing water on the stored items. It is easy to clean and does not impair the appearance of the sink due to clean fit.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described.

The sink 1 is formed of a synthetic resin molded article having an upper surface opened, and the planar shape is formed in a horizontally long oval shape. A recess 2 is formed on the inner side surface of the sink 1 at the rear side on the back side as shown in FIG. The recess 2 is provided with a pair of projecting portions 15 on the sink 1 at a height from the lower end to the bottom surface of the sink 1 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. It is formed so as to be recessed from the sink 1 in the middle. For example, a currant can be provided by using the overhanging portion 15 provided in the sink 1 for forming the recess 2. Reference numeral 16 in FIG. 2 is a hole provided in the upper surface of the overhang portion 15 for attaching the currant.

On both inner side surfaces of the front opening that opens into the sink 1 of the recess 2, an engagement receiving portion 5 is recessed at a position slightly behind the front opening. The engagement receiving portion 5 is formed as a concave step portion having a step surface 5a in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 4 by denting the inner wall surface on the back side of the opening front end portion of the recess 2. It is. Further, the step surface 5a of the engagement receiving portion 5 is formed so as to be narrower toward the upper portion and wider toward the lower portion, and the depth of the engagement receiving portion 5 is shallower toward the upper portion and deeper toward the lower portion.

The engagement receiving part 5 is formed so that the depth becomes shallower in this way, and the upper end of the engagement receiving part 5 is formed in a range not reaching the upper end of the recess 2. The lower end of the engagement receiving part 5 is located at the lower part of the recess 2, and a step part 8 is provided on the inner surface of the recess 2 at the height position of the lower end of each engagement receiving part 5. . In order to form the engagement receiving portion 5, the inner wall surface of the recess 2 is recessed as described above. However, as shown in FIG. 4, the step portion 8 is formed as a recessed step portion having a cross section 8a. Is formed. The step portion 8 is formed in the lateral direction from the engagement receiving portion 5 to the back side of the recess 2 as shown in FIG. Here, the inner wall of the recess 2 is formed as an inclined surface that is inclined inwardly, and the above-mentioned recess is formed by forming a vertical surface portion with respect to the inclined surface. The engagement receiving portion 5 and the stepped portion 8 are formed at a step formed at the boundary between the surface and the vertical surface.

On the other hand, the partition member 3 is a resin molded product or the like and is formed in a face plate shape having no opening such as a hole, and the receiving plate 6 is integrally extended so as to project to the rear side over the entire length of the lower end of the partition member 3. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, a rack 12 having a substantially L-shaped longitudinal section as a whole is formed. Engaging means are provided at the left and right ends of the rear surface of the partition member 3. Flange pieces 17 protrude from the both sides of the partition member 3 to the back side. By engaging the engagement pieces 4 outwardly from the tips of the flange pieces 17, the engagement pieces 4 are engaged. Means are formed. As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (c), the engaging piece 4 is formed so as to expand downward so that the protruding size is smaller at the upper part and the protruding dimension is larger at the lower part. The upper end of the engaging piece 4 is the partition member. 3 is formed in a range not reaching the upper end of 3. The lower end of the engagement piece 4 reaches the lower end of the partition member 3, and the lower end of the engagement piece 4 is continuous with the receiving plate 6. As shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, drain holes 7 are formed in the receiving plate 6 at a plurality of locations.

The rack 12 formed of the partition member 3 and the receiving plate 6 as described above is detachably attached to the recess 2. That is, the receiving plate 6 is dropped into the recess 2 from the opening on the upper surface, and the engaging piece 4 of the partition member 3 is inserted into the engaging receiving portion 5 from above, whereby the step surface 5a of the engaging receiving portion 5 is obtained. The engagement pieces 4 are engaged with each other, and both peripheral edges of the receiving plate 6 are engaged and placed on the step surface 8 a of the step portion 8, whereby the engagement pieces of the partition member 3 with respect to the engagement receiving portion 5 are engaged. The rack 12 including the partition member 3 and the receiving plate 6 can be attached to the recess 2 by the engagement of 4 and the fitting of the receiving plate 6 into the recess 2. Further, the rack 12 can be removed from the recess 2 by lifting the rack 12 upward.

In this way, the partition member 3 can be attached in a state of being arranged over the entire length of the front opening of the recess 2, and the front opening of the recess 2 is removed except for the lower portion as shown in FIG. And can be closed by the partition member 3. At this time, the partition member 3 is disposed so that the front surface thereof is flush with the inner side surface of the sink 1 and is continuous with the curved surface of the inner side surface of the sink 1 as shown in FIGS. Since the partition member 3 is formed with a curved surface, the inside of the sink 1 and the inside of the recess 2 can be partitioned by the partition member 3 without a sense of incongruity, and the appearance of the sink 1 is not impaired by the partition member 3. . Further, since the engagement piece 4 for attaching the partition member 3 to the recess 2 is engaged with the engagement receiving portion 5 of the recess 2 on the back side of the partition member 3, the engagement piece 4 is engaged with the engagement piece 4. The receiving portion 5 is not exposed to the outside, and the engaging piece 4 is formed so as to extend downward with a smaller projecting dimension toward the upper portion so that the upper end does not reach the upper end of the partition member 3. The engaging piece 4 is difficult to see from the outside, and the presence of the engaging piece 4 can be hidden from the outside so that the fit of the partition member 3 can be made clear. As described above, the engagement piece 4 is provided as the engagement means at the left and right end portions on the back side of the partition member 3, while the engagement receiving portion 5 is engaged with the engagement piece 4 on the left and right side surfaces inside the recess 2. The engaging piece 4 and the engaging receiving portion 5 are formed so that the width dimension in the left-right direction is narrowed from the bottom to the top and is not exposed above the side wall of the partition member 3 and the recess 2. Since it is set as the structure, the engagement piece 4 and the engagement receiving part 5 can be hidden on the back side of the partition member 3 and can not be exposed upward, so that the partition member 3 can be clearly accommodated.

Thus, the recess 2 is partitioned from the sink 1 by the partition member 3 of the rack 12, and the receiving plate 6 of the rack 12 is disposed in the lower part of the recess 2. Storage items such as detergents and sponges can be placed in the storage recesses, and these storage items can be stored using the storage recess 2 as a storage portion.

Here, since the sink 1 and the recess 2 are partitioned by a face plate-shaped partition member 3, even when the water jumps when the sink 1 is used, the detergent or sponge stored in the recess 2 does not have water. This can be prevented by the partition member 3. Further, when the inner surface of the sink 1 is wiped and cleaned, since the front surface of the partition member 3 is flush with the inner surface of the sink 1, a series of operations for wiping the inner surface of the sink 1 is performed. The surface can also be wiped, the surface of the partition member 3 that is noticeable when it is dirty can be easily cleaned, and the partition member 3 can always be kept clean. In particular, the partition member 3 has a face plate shape, and is not a complicated shape such as a ridge formed of a wire, so that it can be easily cleaned.

In addition, when a stored item such as detergent or sponge is stored on the receiving plate 6 of the rack 12, the load applied to the receiving plate 6 can be supported by the step portion 8, so that the detergent stored on the receiving plate 6 is stored. It is possible to prevent the receiving plate 6 from being deformed by the weight of a sponge or the like. Since the drain plate 7 has a drain hole 7, water on the tray 6 can be discharged from the drain hole 7, and water can be prevented from accumulating on the tray 6. It is possible to prevent stored items such as detergents and sponges from getting wet. When the rack 12 is attached to the recess 2, the receiving plate 6 is inclined slightly downward toward the rear, and the water on the receiving plate 6 is also discharged from the rear end of the receiving plate 6. It is made to be able to.

Here, a drain port 9 is provided at the bottom of the sink 1, and the drain port 9 is arranged so that a substantially half of the back side is located in the recess 2 as shown in FIG. 2. As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, a cover lid 10 is detachably fitted into the opening at the upper end of the drain port 9 so that the opening of the drain port 9 is hidden by the cover lid 10. . Then, a part of the lid 10 is cut out to form a water passage 11 communicating with the inside of the drain 9, and the lid 10 is attached to the drain 9 so that the water 11 is disposed in the recess 2. It is like that. Accordingly, the water inlet 11 through which water flows is placed in the recess 2 so that it is not conspicuous, and the water outlet 11 can be concealed by the rack 12 mounted on the upper side, and the appearance of the sink 1 is refreshed. It can be made. Further, the upper surface of the cover lid 10 is formed so as to incline downward toward the water inlet 11 as shown in FIG. 3B, so that water is smoothly guided to the water outlet 11 and discharged. . In this way, the drain port 9 on the bottom surface of the sink 1 is provided so that a part of the opening region enters the recess 2, and the opening portion of the drain port 9 covers most of the opening region, while the remaining region is covered. A cover lid 10 that opens as a water flow port 11 is provided, and the water flow port 11 is configured to be located in the recess 2, so that the drain port 9 of the sink 1 can be covered with the cover 10 and water can be hidden. The water flow port 11 of the lid 10 leading to the drain port 9 can be made difficult to see from the outside, and the appearance of the sink 1 can be refreshed.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the rack 12, in which the receiving plate 6 is formed so as to be inclined downward toward the rear, and the drainage in the front-rear direction reaching the rear edge on the upper surface of the receiving plate 6 is shown. A groove 13 is formed. The receiving plate 6 is formed in a wave-like cross section in which irregularities are alternately repeated, and a plurality of drain grooves 13 are formed in parallel in the left-right width direction of the receiving plate 6. In this case, the water on the receiving plate 6 flows backward in the drainage groove 13 along the inclination of the receiving plate 6 and can be discharged from the rear end of the receiving plate 6. It is possible to prevent water from accumulating on the top. Further, by providing a large number of drain grooves 13 and forming the receiving plate 6 in a wave-like cross section, stored items such as detergents and sponges placed on the receiving plate 6 come into contact with the upper surface of the receiving plate 6 with lines. It is possible to prevent water from being retained by capillarity between the lower surface of the stored item and the upper surface of the receiving plate 6, and the water accumulates on the receiving plate 6 and is used as a detergent or sponge.
