Claims (9)
- タービンエンジンの遠心圧縮機からの出口に位置するディフューザ(1)および案内羽根(2)を備え、前記ディフューザが、遠心圧縮機に関する半径方向を向いた二連の環状ディスクの形状をおおむね有し、前記案内羽根が、ディフューザの二連のディスクの延長に位置し、空気の流れの方向をターボ機械の下流側に方向転換させるように湾曲した二連のドーナツ状の部品であるアセンブリであって、
前記案内羽根が前記ディフューザに、これら2つの部品の接触面のすぐ隣に配置され、標準的な工具を使用して解除することができる接続部によって、他にいかなる支持手段も使用せずに固定されることを特徴とする、アセンブリ。 - 接続部が、ボルト(9)およびナット(10)による接続部である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- ディフューザ(1)が、ディフューザのディスク(3)の一方において、前記案内羽根との接触面に、前記ディスクと平行なフランジ(4)を備え、フランジ(4)が、前記ディスクと協働して前記ボルト(9)の頭部を収容することができる溝(5)を定めるとともに、前記ボルトの軸を通すことができる少なくとも1つの切り欠き(11)を備えている、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 案内羽根(2)が、前記ディフューザとの接触面に、ドーナツ状のフェルール(8)を備えており、フェルール(8)の断面が、ディフューザ(1)の端部を囲む第1のL字形の部分(8a)を備えており、ディフューザの対応するフランジ(4)を囲むフランジの形態の第2の部分(8b)が第1のL字形の部分(8a)に続いている、請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 案内羽根(2)が、前記フランジ(4)を有するディスク(3)とは反対側のディフューザのディスクと協働するように意図された表面に、L字形の断面を有するドーナツ状のフェルール(7)を備えている、請求項3または4に記載のアセンブリ。
- ディフューザ(1)が、案内羽根のための横方向のストッパフランジを構成するように、前記フランジ(4)を有するディスクとは反対側のディスクに、ディフューザの外側に向かって軸方向に延びて半径方向に突き出すL字形のフランジ(6)を備えている、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- ボルト(9)が、ボルト(9)の頭部に、溝(5)の底と協働して回転防止要素を構成する断ち落とされた部位を備えている、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のディフューザ−案内羽根アセンブリを備えるタービンエンジン用圧縮機モジュール。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のディフューザ−案内羽根アセンブリを遠心圧縮機からの出口に備えるタービンエンジン。
