Description
−ポリマーブラシは疎水性メタクリル酸アルキル、例えばメタクリル酸ドデシル(P12MA)などで作られる;
−ポリマーブラシは耐摩耗性を向上させるために、少なくとも250nmの乾燥厚さを有する;
−ポリマーブラシは前もって固定された開始剤分子の使用により、基板の少なくとも1つにグラフトされる;
−溶媒は、エステル系潤滑剤、アルカン系潤滑剤、アルキル−芳香族潤滑剤、エーテル−アルコール潤滑剤、植物油、動物油、多価アルコール、又はイオン液体を含む群より選択される;
−溶媒粘度は摩擦係数を向上させるために200cst未満である;
−基板は金属及び/又は非金属の材料、例えばシリコン系材料で作られる;
−両基板は被覆されている;
−基板の少なくとも1つは、歯車、及び/又はピボット、及び/又はベアリングブロック、及び/又は脱進機の要素である。
Claims (15)
- 第1基板と、
第2基板と、
前記第1基板の前記第2基板に対する摩擦係数及び摩耗を減少させるための低摩擦装置と、
を含む時計であって、
前記基板の少なくとも1つは、溶媒により膨潤した分岐状ポリマーブラシを含むコーティングを有する前記低摩擦装置で被覆され、
前記溶媒は、前記摩擦係数と前記摩擦が前記溶媒の放出によって減少するように、前記分岐状ポリマーブラシのグラフトポリマー内に閉じ込められている、
ことを特徴とする、時計。 - 前記ポリマーブラシは疎水性のメタクリル酸アルキルで作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の時計。
- 前記ポリマーブラシはメタクリル酸ドデシル(P12MA)で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の時計。
- 前記ポリマーブラシは耐摩耗性を向上させるために、少なくとも250nmの乾燥厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
- 前記ポリマーブラシは前もって固定された開始剤分子の使用により、前記第1基板および前記第2基板の少なくとも1つにグラフトされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
- 前記開始剤分子は単官能性シランを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の時計。
- 前記溶媒は、エステル系潤滑剤、アルカン系潤滑剤、アルキル−芳香族潤滑剤、エーテル−アルコール潤滑剤、植物油、動物油、多価アルコール、又はイオン液体を含む群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
- 前記溶媒の粘度は前記摩擦係数を向上させるために、200cst未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
- 前記基板は金属及び/又は非金属の材料で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
- 前記基板はシリコン系材料で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の時計。
- 前記基板の両方は、前記閉じ込められた溶媒により膨潤した分岐状ポリマーブラシを含むコーティングで被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
- 前記基板の少なくとも1つは歯車であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
- 前記基板の少なくとも1つはピボットであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
- 前記基板の少なくとも1つはベアリングブロックであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
- 前記基板の少なくとも1つは脱進機の要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の時計。
