Description
a.センサ、モータ及びポンプを有するディスペンサアセンブリを提供するステップと、
b.ディスペンサアセンブリから流体を要求する現在のユーザの有無を感知するステップと、
c.前回の流体要求と現在の流体要求との間の経過時間を測定するステップと、
d.経過時間を所定の時間と比較するステップと、
e.経過時間が所定の時間を下回る場合にはモータを1サイクル作動させ、経過時間が所定の時間を上回る場合には複数サイクル作動させるステップとを含む。
Claims (19)
- 流体ディスペンサであって、
a.被吐出流体を貯留するためのリザーバと、
b.入口及び出口を有し、前記リザーバから前記入口を経由して前記流体を吸い込みかつ前記出口から前記流体を吐出するポンプと、
c.前記ポンプの前記出口に直接または間接的に接続されたディスペンシングチューブと、
d.前記ディスペンシングチューブに装着されかつ前記流体をユーザに向けて吐出するように適合されたノズルと、
e.モータと、
f.前記モータと通信可能であり、前記モータの作動を受けて、前記ディスペンサから前記流体を定量吐出するように前記ポンプを作動させるアクチュエータと、
g.前記モータと通信可能であり、吐出サイクル間の時間間隔を測定し、該吐出サイクル間の時間間隔に基づいて前記モータを1サイクルまたは複数サイクル作動させるように構成されたプロセッサと、
h.前記プロセッサと通信可能であり、ユーザの有無を感知するセンサとを含み、
前記センサがユーザの存在を感知した場合に前記プロセッサに入力信号を提供し、該入力信号に基づいて前記プロセッサが前記吐出サイクル間の時間間隔を測定し、さらに該時間間隔に基づいて前記モータを作動させるための入力信号を前記モータに提供するようにし、
前記プロセッサが、前記吐出サイクル間の時間間隔が所定の時間を下回る場合にはモータを1サイクル作動させ、前記吐出サイクル間の時間間隔が所定の時間を上回る場合には複数サイクル作動させるようにしたことを特徴とするディスペンサ。 - 前記ポンプの前記出口と前記ディスペンシングチューブとの間に位置するサックバック機構をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記流体が、液状せっけん、液体殺菌剤、ジェル状せっけん、泡状せっけん前駆物質または泡状殺菌剤前駆物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記流体が泡状せっけん前駆物質であり、前記ポンプが泡ポンプであり、該泡ポンプが、前記リザーバから前記入口を経由して前記泡状せっけん前駆物質を吸い込み、前記泡状せっけん前駆物質と気体を混ぜ合わせることによって泡状せっけんを形成するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記プロセッサが前記吐出サイクル間の時間間隔を所定の時間と比較するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記所定の時間が10分間ないし6時間であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記吐出サイクル間の時間間隔を、前記泡状せっけんの液化時間と等しい時間又はそれより短い時間として設定された所定の時間と比較するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記所定の時間が10分間ないし1時間であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記ノズルが、カウンターを貫通して延設された取付手段により前記カウンター上に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記プロセッサ、前記センサ及び前記モータにそれぞれ接続された電源をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記ディスペンサが、前記ノズル及び前記センサがカウンター上に配置されるインカウンター式ディスペンサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスペンサ。
- ディスペンサからユーザに流体を定量吐出する方法であって、
a.センサ、モータ及びポンプを有するディスペンサアセンブリを提供するステップと、
b.前記ディスペンサアセンブリから現在前記流体を要求するユーザの有無を感知するステップと、
c.前回の流体要求と前記現在の流体要求との間の経過時間を測定するステップと、
d.前記経過時間を所定の時間と比較するステップと、
e.前記経過時間が前記所定の時間を下回る場合にはモータを1サイクル作動させ、前記経過時間が前記所定の時間を上回る場合には複数サイクル作動させるステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記複数サイクルが2または3サイクルであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が、液状せっけん、液体殺菌剤、ジェル状せっけん、泡状せっけん前駆物質または泡状殺菌剤前駆物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の時間が10分間ないし6時間であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が泡状せっけん前駆物質であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の時間が10分間ないし1時間であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記流体の量が0.45mlないし2.0mlであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記流体の量が0.55mlないし0.65mlであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
