そして、該アンカーが変形して、該第2の拡張プロファイルの外側に該アンカーバーブ部を延在させる、

Claims (8)
- デバイス取り付け部と、アンカーかえし部と、拡張支持体部とを有するバルーン拡張性アンカーを含む、医療デバイス用のアンカーであって、
該拡張支持体部が、該デバイス取り付け部と該アンカーかえし部との間に配置されて、
該デバイス取り付け部が、外表面と内表面を有する拡張性チューブ状医療デバイスと連結し、該拡張性チューブ状医療デバイスは、第1の圧縮形状を有し、外力を適用したときに第2の拡張形状を有し、
第1の圧縮形状では、該アンカーかえし部が、該拡張性チューブ状医療デバイスの外表面から内側に突き出るように構成され、且つ該第1の圧縮形状内に配置されて、
第2の拡張形状では、該アンカーかえし部が、該拡張性支持体部に圧力を適用したときに該外表面から外側に突き出るように構成される、医療デバイス用のアンカー。 - デバイス取り付け部と、拡張支持体部と、アンカーかえし部とを有するバルーン拡張性アンカーを含む医療用固定デバイスであって、
該アンカー拡張支持体部が、該デバイス取り付け部と該アンカーかえし部との間に配置されて、
該デバイス取り付け部が、外表面と内表面を有する拡張性チューブ状医療デバイスと連結し、該拡張性チューブ状医療デバイスは、第1の圧縮形状を有し、外力を適用したときに第2の拡張形状を有し、
第1の圧縮形状では、該アンカーかえし部が、該拡張性チューブ状医療デバイスの外表面から内側に突き出るように構成され、且つ該第1の圧縮形状内に配置されて、
第2の拡張形状では、該アンカーかえし部が、該拡張性支持体部に圧力を適用したときに該外表面から外側に突き出るように構成される、
医療用固定デバイス。 - 前記拡張支持体部が、前記デバイス取り付け部と前記かえし部との間に配置される、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- a. 医療デバイスと、
b. アンカーのかえしと、
c. 該デバイスと該かえしとの間に配置される拡張支持体部と
を有するバルーン拡張性アンカーを含む、固着型医療デバイスであって、
該デバイスが、外表面と内表面を有する拡張性チューブ状医療デバイスを含み、該拡張性チューブ状医療デバイスは、第1の圧縮形状を有し、外力を適用したときに第2の拡張形状を有し、
第1の圧縮形状では、該アンカーのかえしが、該拡張性チューブ状医療デバイスの外表面から内側に突き出るように構成され、且つ該第1の圧縮形状内に配置されて、
第2の拡張形状では、該アンカーのかえしが、該拡張性支持体部に圧力を適用したときに該外表面から外側に突き出るように構成される、固着型医療デバイス。 - 前記かえし部が金属である、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記拡張支持体部が直線状である、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記拡張支持体部が曲線状である、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記拡張支持体部が曲線形状、突出形状または平面形状である、請求項1に記載のアンカー。
