技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗装置固定锚定件,并且特别是具有适于与气囊扩张型支架一起使用的锚定件。
背景技术
各种医疗装置需要以某些形式向目标位置固定或锚定。常见的锚定装置包括倒钩、吊钩、缝线或用于将装置附连于周围解剖体的其它部件。需要工具来锚定的装置例如包括腔静脉过滤器、支架、支架移植物、胆管/尿管支架、肠内/胃内支架和衬里、封堵器、电生理引线、各种监测器或诊断装置、中心静脉导管和现有技术中通常已知的其它装置。这些装置许多都组合有气囊扩张型部件,该气囊扩张型部件扩张以支承在周围解剖体上,由此提供锚定装置。医疗装置的定位锚定的程度通常取决于气囊扩张型部件的“过度扩张”程度。当过度扩张时,可扩张部分强劲地作用在周围的解剖体,从而影响锚定的摩擦或“过盈配合”装置。如果过度扩张的程度过度,则周围的解剖体会受到损伤。相反,如果过度扩张程度极小,则装置会由于不良的锚定而移出。
锚定气囊扩张型部件的改进的装置包含可扩张锚定件或倒钩。这些可扩张锚定件不要求强劲过度扩张,并且即使过度扩张极小也能提供一定程度的锚定。改进的气囊扩张型锚定件还可改善可扩张部件对气囊的保持性。改进的气囊扩张型锚定件可包含在可扩张装置的轮廓内,因而它们不干扰装置的输送。
发明内容

气囊扩张型锚定件,该气囊扩张型锚定件具有装置附连部、扩张支承部和倒钩部;
锚定扩张支承部定位在锚定装置附连部和锚定件倒钩部之间;
装置附连部连接到可扩张医疗装置,该可扩张医疗装置具有第一紧缩轮廓和第二扩张轮廓;
锚定件倒钩部定位在第一紧缩轮廓内;锚定件变形以使锚定件倒钩部延伸到第二扩张轮廓以外。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种医疗装置锚定或固定装置,该装置提高初始紧缩和后续装置展开的容易性。
图1A和1B示出医疗装置输送顺序的一般示例。以局部侧视图示出,图1A是紧缩的医疗装置100。所示具体的医疗装置是气囊扩张型支架102。所示的医疗装置位于管腔104内。所示的气囊扩张型支架102紧缩到气囊(未示出)和输送导管106上。
以局部侧视图示出,图1B是处于扩张状态的医疗装置100。示出的是气囊扩张型支架102(以扩张的形状示出)、扩张气囊108和输送导管106。在常规步骤中,内部气囊压力使可延展的支架(或其它装置)扩张,从而迫使可延展的支架与周围的解剖体或管腔壁104接触。气囊压力的大小通常决定了支架的外轮廓和过度扩张或嵌入血管壁内的程度。
图2A和2B是改进的气囊扩张锚定件的局部侧视图。可扩张医疗装置200示出为在管腔104内并围绕可充气气囊202。医疗装置具有可扩张锚定件204,该可扩张锚定件具有装置附连部206(用于使锚定件连接到医疗装置)、扩张支承部208和倒钩部210。如图2A所示,所示医疗装置200为具有第一紧缩轮廓212。如图所示,锚定件倒钩部210包含到第一紧缩轮廓212的区域214之内。扩张支承部208能以多种方式来构造并可包括弯曲的、突起的、平坦的或将导致倒钩部210包含到第一紧缩轮廓212内的任何其它轮廓。

图3中示出气囊扩张型医疗装置300的局部侧视图,该医疗装置围绕扩张气囊108和输送导管106。所示扩张医疗装置300具有第二扩张轮廓302和两个锚定件倒钩部210。所示的两个锚定件倒钩部210延伸到第二扩张轮廓302之外的区域304。
尽管示出有扩张气囊,但本发明的可扩张锚定件还可与其它扩张装置一起使用,诸如机械弓臂、可扩张“折纸灯笼”、可扩张篮筐或其它扩张装置或材料。
气囊扩张锚定件可包括在制造气囊扩张型支架中通常已知的材料(或材料的组合)。典型的材料包括316L不锈钢、钴铬镍钼铁合金(“钴-铬”),诸如L605的其它钴合金、钽、可延展的镍钛诺或其它可生物兼容的可延展金属。其它合适的材料包括专门的可延展聚合物、可延展的生物吸收材料等。
用于将锚定件组装到医疗装置的常见方法包括用于附连两个或更多个部件的通常已知的技术。永久的附连件的示例包括使用胶水、粘合剂、焊接、内嵌模制、重压配合件、单向卡配或锁定部件、压销、热熔和铆钉。半永久的附连件或需要工具来分离部件的那些附连件的示例包括螺钉、螺纹紧固件、卡环和卡配件。可释放的附连件或可用手而无须使用附加的工具来分离的那些附连件的示例包括卡配件、扭锁结构、推动释放部件、挤压释放部件、滑动杆、闭锁件和轻压配合件。
锚定件可具有诸如圆形、椭圆形、矩形或其它多边形的各种横截面轮廓。锚定件还可包括外润滑层、润滑涂层或润滑包裹件来使摩擦最小。锚定件还可结合用于特定生物学效果定制的治疗剂。锚定件还可包括辐射透不过的标记物或辐射透不过的强化剂。
尽管已在此示出和描述了本发明的具体实施例,但本发明不应限于这种说明和描述。显而易见的是变化和改型可包含并且在下述权利要求书的范围内作为本发明的一部分来实施。
Claims (7)
1.一种锚定件,所述锚定件包括装置附连部、倒钩部和扩张支承部。
2.一种医疗固定装置,包括:
气囊扩张型锚定件,所述气囊扩张型锚定件具有装置附连部、扩张支承部和倒钩部;
所述锚定扩张支承部定位在所述锚定装置附连部和所述锚定件倒钩部之间;
所述装置附连部连接到可扩张医疗装置,所述可扩张医疗装置具有第一紧缩轮廓和第二扩张轮廓;
所述锚定件倒钩部定位在所述第一紧缩轮廓内;以及
所述锚定件变形以使所述锚定件倒钩部延伸到所述第二扩张轮廓以外。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述扩张支承部定位在所述装置附连部和所述倒钩部之间。
4.一种可锚定医疗装置,包括:
a.医疗装置,
b.倒钩,以及
c.定位在所述装置和所述倒钩之间的扩张支承部。
5.如权利要求1所述的医疗固定装置,其特征在于,所述倒钩部是金属。
6.如权利要求1所述的医疗固定装置,其特征在于,所述扩张支承部呈直线。
7.如权利要求1所述的医疗固定装置,其特征在于,所述扩张支承部呈非直线。
