Description
Claims (7)
- サーモサイクルデバイスであって、
a)少なくとも1つのサンプルホルダと、
b)少なくとも1つのサーマルリファレンスと、
c)前記サンプルホルダと前記サーマルリファレンスとの間に構成され、前記サンプルホルダ及び前記サーマルリファレンスと熱伝導的に接触する少なくとも1つの加熱及び/又は冷却デバイスと、
d)サイクルの間、前記サーマルリファレンスの温度を所定の温度レベルに維持する少なくとも1つのリファレンス加熱及び/又は冷却デバイスと、
e)前記リファレンス加熱及び/又は冷却デバイスと熱伝導的に接触するヒートシンクと、
サーモサイクルプロトコルの少なくとも2つの異なる温度レベル間の値へと前記サーマルリファレンスの温度レベルを調整する及び/又は維持する手段とを有する、サーモサイクルデバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの加熱及び/又は冷却デバイス及び/又は前記少なくとも1つのリファレンス加熱及び/又は冷却デバイスが、少なくとも1つの熱電デバイスを有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記サーマルリファレンス、前記少なくとも1つのサンプルホルダ及び/又は前記ヒートシンクが、少なくとも1つの熱伝導性の高い材料を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、核酸増幅に関するサーモサイクラである、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 核酸増幅のための請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のデバイスの使用。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のデバイスを用いて、少なくとも1つのサンプルをサーマルサイクル処理に従わせる方法において、
前記サーマルリファレンスの温度レベルが、サイクルの間、所定の温度レベルへと調整及び/又は維持され、
前記サーマルリファレンスの温度レベルが、前記サーモサイクルプロトコルの少なくとも2つの異なる温度レベルの間にある値へと調整及び/又は維持される、方法。 - 前記サーモサイクルプロトコルが0℃〜10℃の間の温度値を提供する場合、前記サーマルリファレンスの温度レベルが、環境温度に近い値へと調整及び/又は維持される、請求項6に記載の方法。
