Claims (6)
- NGHペレットを収容するNGH貨物倉と、NGHペレットを分解する熱源となる循環水に熱を供給する熱交換器と、循環水を前記NGH貨物倉と前記熱交換器との間を循環させるための循環水用配管と循環用ポンプを備えると共に、
前記NGH貨物倉の上部に、NGHペレットの分解ガスを導出するガス排出配管と、循環水を散水する循環水散水装置を設け、
更に、前記NGH貨物倉の内部に、開口部から前記NGH貨物倉内の循環水を前記NGH貨物倉の底部よりも下に配置された排水配管を経由して前記循環水用配管に導く循環水降下管を設け、
前記循環水降下管の上下方向の複数の位置に開口部を設けたことを特徴とする再ガス化可能なNGH輸送船。 - 前記熱交換器及び前記循環用ポンプを機関室と該機関室の前方のNGH貨物倉との間に設けた区画に配置すると共に、該区画に隣接する機関室もしくは電動機室の非危険区画に設けた駆動源により前記循環用ポンプを駆動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再ガス化可能なNGH輸送船。
- NGHの再ガス化で発生する分解水を循環水として利用することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の再ガス化可能なNGH輸送船。
- 揚げ地でNGHを再ガス化し、再ガス化で発生した分解水を積み地に持ち返ることで、海水バラストが不要となることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の再ガス化可能なNGH輸送船。
- 前記NGH貨物倉に耐圧構造を持たせて、NGH貨物倉内でのガス化圧力を上げることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の再ガス化可能なNGH輸送船。
- NGHペレットを収容しているNGH貨物倉内の上部から、NGHペレットを分解する熱源となる循環水を散水し、
該循環水の熱により分解して発生したNGHの分解ガスを前記NGH貨物倉の上部に設けたガス排出配管から導出すると共に、
前記NGH貨物倉内の循環水を、前記NGH貨物倉の内部の前記循環水降下管の上下方向の複数の位置に設けた開口部から前記循環水降下管内に導入して、前記NGH貨物倉の底よりも下に配置された排水配管に導出して、
該排水配管に導出された循環水を循環水用配管と循環用ポンプにより熱交換器に循環させて、該熱交換器において循環水と海水との間で熱交換させて、循環水の温度を上昇させて、再び、前記NGH貨物倉の上部から散水することを特徴とするNGH輸送船におけるNGH再ガス化方法。
