Claims (11)
- ガス化冷却システムを備えるシステムであって、該ガス化冷却システムが、
入口と、出口と、該入口と出口との間で前記入口に隣接したスロート部であって前記入口から前記出口に向かって流れ方向に延びてガス通路を画成するスロート部を含む内部とを有するハウジングと、
前記ガス通路の周りに配置された第1の複数の断熱煉瓦と、
第1の複数の断熱煉瓦の周りに配置された第2の複数の断熱煉瓦と、
前記ハウジングのスロート部で第2の複数の断熱煉瓦の周りに配置されたシールであって、交互するリブ及び溝を有するベローズ並びに前記ベローズのリブ及び溝と共形の断熱材料を含む環状シールと、
第2の複数の断熱煉瓦とシールとの間に配置された断熱ライナと、
耐熱材料を含む熱シールドであって、前記断熱ライナと前記断熱材料との間に配置された熱シールドと
を含む、システム。 - 前記ベローズが、前記流れ方向に沿って半径方向に交互して増減して前記交互するリブ及び溝を画成する交互直径を有する環状壁を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記断熱材料が前記リブの壁に沿って直接延在してリブ内のスペースを塞ぐ、請求項1又は請求項2記載のシステム。
- 第2の複数の断熱煉瓦の各々の煉瓦の軸方向上面及び下面が、環状突出部と、環状溝と、環状突出部と環状溝との間の半径方向当接部とを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 隣接する煉瓦の環状突出部と環状溝とを互いに重ねたときに、隣接する煉瓦の軸方向端部間に連結接合部が形成される、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記ベローズがベース直径を含み、前記交互直径が、該ベース直径よりも大きく及び小さく半径方向に増減する、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記ベローズがベース直径を含み、前記交互直径が、該ベース直径よりも大きいだけの半径方向の増減をする、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記ベローズがベース直径を含み、前記交互直径が、該ベース直径よりも小さいだけの半径方向の増減をする、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記ベローズが金属であり、該ベローズが流れ方向に沿って膨張及び縮小するよう構成されている、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記ガス化冷却システムが、前記ハウジング内部の環状シールから流れ方向で下流側に配置された熱交換器管体を含む、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 第2の複数の断熱煉瓦が、第1の複数の断熱煉瓦に対して軸方向に互いに違いに配置される、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
