Claims (10)
- 結合体に直線力を加えるための電気機械結合ユニットであって、前記結合ユニットの固定した部分を構成する静止部品(2)と、前記静止部品(2)の外側に直線的に延出することができ、外側タペット端部(4)を有するタペット(3)と、また、前記タペット端部(4)による作動中に前記結合体に加えられる力を検出するための力センサ(5)とを備え、前記力センサ(5)が前記タペット端部(4)の領域に取り付けられ、近接場又は遠距離場遠隔測定による測定データの無線送信用センサ電子機器(7)を有し、
前記センサ電子機器(7)が、前記タペット(3)の延出可能な領域全体に亘り延出する、前記タペット(3)の片側に設けられたタペット・コイル(8)に接続され、
前記タペット・コイル(8)近傍で、前記静止部品(2)が、前記センサ電子機器(7)に電力を無線で供給し、近接場遠隔測定による測定データを受信するための静止電子機器(9)を有し、
前記タペット・コイル(8)が、前記タペット(3)の溝(10)に配置されることを特徴とする、電気機械結合ユニット。 - 前記力センサ(5)が圧電性力センサであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の結合ユニット。
- 前記センサ電子機器(7)が、測定関連データを保存するためのデータ・メモリ(14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の結合ユニット。
- タペット経路又はタペット位置を検出するための経路センサ(15)を備える、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の結合ユニット。
- 使用中に、前記経路センサ(15)が、前記結合ユニットが力を及ぼす結合体までの距離を決定することができることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の結合ユニット。
- 前記経路センサ(15)が増分センサ、誘導センサ又は光学センサであることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の結合ユニット。
- 前記静止電子機器(9)が、前記センサ電子機器(7)に電力を供給する前記タペット・コイル(8)に電圧を誘導するための交番磁界を生成することができる1つ又は複数の供給コイル(11)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の結合ユニット。
- 前記静止電子機器(9)が、取り込まれた測定値並びに/或いは前記センサ電子機器の状況、測定範囲、尺度情報及び/又は較正データを受信するための受信コイル又は受信アンテナ(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の結合ユニット。
- 前記センサ電子機器(7)が、遠距離場遠隔測定によって前記測定データを送信するための送信ユニットを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の結合ユニット。
- 前記センサ電子機器(7)が充電式バッテリを備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の結合ユニット。
