Claims (13)
- 主要吸収体と、二次吸収体とを備える、較正標準器であって、前記主要吸収体は、空洞に含まれ、前記二次吸収体が、空洞に含まれ、かつ前記二次吸収体が、前記主要吸収体を備える前記空洞を囲繞するように配設され、前記二次吸収体が配設される前記空洞は、それが前記二次吸収体に向かって輻射を導くことができるように配設される主要反射体を備え、前記較正標準器における前記主要吸収体および前記二次吸収体のうちの少なくとも一方は、輻射吸収材料で部分的または完全に被覆され、前記主要吸収体は円錐形状であり、前記二次吸収体は、前記円錐の周囲に配設されているほぼ円筒の形状であり、前記主要吸収体および前記二次吸収体の前記空洞の一部分が相互に最も近い領域中または前記領域の近傍において、反射材料または吸収材料でできている鋭利な縁部が含まれることを特徴とする、較正標準器。
- 前記主要反射体は、それが前記主要吸収体に向かって輻射を導くことができるように、配設されてもよいか、または配設することができる、請求項1に記載の較正標準器。
- 前記較正標準器は、前記主要吸収体および前記二次吸収体のうちの少なくとも一方に向かって輻射を導くことができるように、配設されてもよいか、または配設することができる、二次反射体を備える、請求項1から2のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器。
- 前記主要吸収体は、鋭角を包囲する尖端部を備える、請求項1から3のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器。
- 前記主要吸収体は、直円錐形状である、請求項1から4のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器。
- 前記円錐は、20°超28°未満の頂角を有し、
前記二次吸収体は、前記主要反射体で、10°超14°未満の角度を包囲する、
請求項5に記載の較正標準器。 - 前記較正標準器は、筐体であって、前記主要および二次吸収体を備える前記空洞を包囲する、筐体を備え、前記筐体は円筒形状である、請求項1から6のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器。
- 前記二次吸収体は、筐体の境界とほぼ平行であり、
前記二次吸収体を備える前記空洞の1つ以上の境界またはその延在部は、前記主要吸収体で、鋭角を包囲する、
請求項1から7のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器。 - 前記主要吸収体は、支持構造によって、少なくとも部分的に支持される、請求項1から8のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器。
- 前記較正標準器は、前記較正標準器を加熱するための加熱要素を備え、かつ/または、熱センサおよび/または熱コントローラを備える、請求項1から9のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器。
- 較正標準エンベロープは、100mm超600mm未満の長さ、および、50mm超600mm未満の直径を有する、請求項1から10のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器。
- 較正標準エンベロープの直径に対する、前記較正標準エンベロープの長さの比率は、1.5未満である、請求項1から11のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器。
- サブミリ周波数帯域内の一または複数の周波数で稼働する、分光計、干渉計、放射計、他の検出器のための振幅スケールを較正するように、請求項1から12のうちのいずれかに記載の較正標準器を使用する方法であって、
前記較正標準器を、周辺温度を上回る温度に加熱するステップ、または、
前記較正標準器を、周辺温度を下回る温度に冷却するステップ、
を含む、方法。
