Description
・少なくとも支持体の取り付けのための部分及び導体の取り付けのための部分上に被覆成形された補剛ケーシングと、
・補剛ケーシング上に少なくとも部分的に被覆成形された少なくとも1つの中間移行層とを更に有することを特徴とする電子装置にある。
‐補剛ケーシングの材料の弾性率は、1000MPa以上である。
‐移行層の材料の10%伸び率における弾性率は、20〜80MPaである。
‐少なくとも支持体の取り付けのための部分及び導体の取り付けのための部分を補剛ケーシングと被覆成形し、
‐補剛ケーシングを被覆成形するステップの実施に続き、補剛ケーシングを少なくとも部分的に中間移行層と被覆成形することを特徴とする方法にある。
‐分離ステップに先立って、支持体先駆体を介して電子部品の取り付けのための2つの部分を互いに短絡状態にし、
‐分離ステップに続き、電子部品の取り付けのための2つの部分が開路状態にあるよう設計される。
剛性を電子装置に与えると共に電子部品及び導体の比較的正確な位置決めを可能にするため、電子部品の取り付けのための部分は、支持体先駆体を介して互いに接続され、したがって、支持体を分離する前に相互短絡状態にされる。
‐電子部品の取り付けのための少なくとも1つの部分と、
‐各導体の取り付けのための少なくとも1つの部分とを有し、かかる少なくとも1つの部分は、支持体先駆体を介して電子部品の取り付けのための少なくとも1つの部分に電気的に接続され、支持体の先駆体が支持体をプレス加工及び/又は切断によって支持体先駆体から分離することができるよう構成されていることを特徴とする先駆体に関する。
‐支持体を支持体先駆体に取り付けると、電子部品の取り付けのための2つの部分が支持体先駆体により互いに短絡し、
‐支持体を支持体先駆体から分離すると、電子部品の取り付けのための2つの部分が開路状態にあるよう設計されている。
Claims (15)
- タイヤの中に組み込まれるようになった電子装置(10)において、前記電子装置は、電子部品(12)、少なくとも1つの導体(14)及び電子部品(12)のための支持体(20)を有し、前記支持体(20)と前記導体(14)は、前記支持体(20)の取り付けのための部分(26A,26B)及び前記導体(14)の取り付けのための部分(14A)によって互いに接合され、前記電子装置は、
少なくとも前記支持体(20)の取り付けのための前記部分(26A,26B)及び前記導体(14)の取り付けのための前記部分(14A)上に被覆成形された補剛ケーシング(28)と、
前記補剛ケーシング(28)上に少なくとも部分的に被覆成形された少なくとも1つの中間移行層(30)とを更に有する、電子装置(10)。 - 前記補剛ケーシング(28)は、前記支持体(20)及び前記電子部品(12)上全体に被覆成形されている、請求項1記載の電子装置(10)。
- 前記補剛ケーシング(28)の材料の弾性率は、1000MPa以上である、請求項1又は2記載の電子装置(10)。
- 前記移行層(30)の材料の10%伸び率における弾性率は、20〜80MPaである、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の電子装置(10)。
- 前記中間移行層(30)上に少なくとも部分的に被覆成形された少なくとも1つのインタフェース層(32)を有する、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の電子装置(10)。
- 前記インタフェース層(32)の材料の10%伸び率における弾性率は、10MPa未満である、請求項5記載の電子装置(10)。
- 前記補剛ケーシング(28)は、前記中間移行層(30)を被覆成形するために用いられる被覆成形キャビティ内に前記電子装置(10)を心出しする手段(34)を有する、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の電子装置(10)。
- 前記補剛ケーシング(28)は、前記支持体(20)への前記導体(14)の取り付けのための前記部分(26A,26B)の各側で全体としてV字形に配置された2つのラグ(38)を含む各導体(14)の保護手段(37)を有する、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の電子装置(10)。
- 数個の中間移行層(30)を有する、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の電子装置(10)。
- 各中間移行層(30)は、該中間移行層が被覆している中間移行層(30)の10%伸び率における弾性率よりも高い10%伸び率における弾性率を有する、請求項9記載の電子装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の電子装置(10)を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも前記支持体(20)の取り付けのための前記部分(26A,26B)及び前記導体(14)の取り付けのための前記部分(14A)を補剛ケーシング(28)と被覆成形し、
前記補剛ケーシング(28)を被覆成形するステップの実施に続き、前記補剛ケーシング(28)を少なくとも部分的に中間移行層(30)と被覆成形する、方法。 - 前記中間移行層(30)を被覆成形するステップの実施後、前記中間移行層(30)を少なくとも部分的にインタフェース層(32)と被覆成形する、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記電子部品(12)を前記電子部品(12)の前記支持体(22)の先駆体に取り付け、
各導体(14)を前記支持体(22)の前記先駆体に取り付けて各導体(14)と前記電子部品(12)が前記支持体(22)の前記先駆体を介して電気的に接続されるようにし、
各導体(14)を前記支持体(22)の前記先駆体から分離し、前記電子部品(12)と前記支持体(20)が各導体(14)と前記電子部品(12)を電気的に接続する、請求項11又は12記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の電子装置(10)を有するタイヤ。
- 前記インタフェース層(32)の材料の10%伸び率における弾性率は、前記電子装置(10)が埋め込まれているゴムの10%伸び率における弾性率以下である、請求項14記載のタイヤ。
