Description
Claims (8)
- 気道陽圧支援治療の体制に対する遵守に関して被験者にフィードバックを提供するよう構成されるシステムであって:
被験者の気道に送達するための加圧された呼吸用気体流を生じるよう構成される圧支持装置;
前記加圧された呼吸用気体流が前記被験者の気道内に受け入れられているかどうかを示す出力信号を生じるよう構成される1又は複数のセンサ;
コンピュータプログラムモジュールを実行するよう構成される1又は複数のプロセッサ;
を含み、前記モジュールは:
前記被験者による前記圧支持装置の使用をモニターするよう構成される使用モジュールであり、前記被験者による圧支持装置の使用が、前記加圧された呼吸用気体流を前記気道内に受け入れることを含む、使用モジュール;
前記被験者による圧支持装置の使用が所定の使用目標を満たしたか又は超えたかどうかを決定するよう構成される遵守モジュール;
前記所定の使用目標に対する前記圧支持装置の使用に関連した情報を前記被験者に示すフィードバックを前記被験者に提供するよう構成されるフィードバックモジュール;及び、
前記被験者による前記圧支持装置の過去の使用に基づき新たな使用目標を決定するよう構成される目標モジュール;
を含む、システム。 - 前記所定の使用目標が、前記加圧された呼吸用気体流が前記被験者の気道内に受け入れられるべき時間を規定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ユーザーインターフェースをさらに含み、前記フィードバックモジュールが、前記ユーザーインターフェースを介して前記被験者に前記フィードバックを提供するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィードバックモジュールが、前記被験者から離れて位置する介護者に対してフィードバックを生成するようさらに構成され、前記介護者に対して生成された前記フィードバックは、前記所定の使用目標に対する前記圧支持装置の使用に関連した情報を前記介護者に示す、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 気道陽圧支援治療の体制に対する遵守に関してフィードバックを被験者に提供するためのシステムの動作方法であって:
被験者の気道に送達するための加圧された呼吸用気体流を生じるステップ;
前記システムのモニタリング手段が、前記被験者の気道での前記加圧された呼吸用気体流の受け入れをモニタリングするステップ;
前記システムの第一の決定手段が、前記被験者の気道での加圧された呼吸用気体流の受け入れに基づき治療の利用を決定するステップ;
前記システムの第二の決定手段が、前記被験者の前記治療の利用が所定の使用目標を満たしたか又は越えたかどうかを決定するステップ;
前記システムのフィードバック生成手段が、前記所定の使用目標に対する圧支持装置の使用に関連した情報を前記被験者に示すためのフィードバックを生成するステップ;及び、
前記システムの第三の決定手段が、前記被験者の過去の治療の利用に基づき使用目標を決定するステップ;
を含み、前記決定された使用目標は、前記所定の使用目標として実行される、
システムの動作方法。 - 前記所定の使用目標が、前記加圧された呼吸用気体流が前記被験者の気道にて受け入れられるべき時間を規定する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記フィードバックが視覚フィードバックを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記システムのフィードバック生成手段が、前記被験者から離れて位置する介護者に対して提供するためのフィードバックを生成するステップをさらに含み、前記介護者に対して提供するために生成された前記フィードバックは、前記所定の使用目標に対する前記圧支持装置の使用に関連した情報を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
