Description

Claims (9)
- パネルと、
前記パネルの表面に結合されたストリンガにして、端面と、該ストリンガの縦方向に沿って前記端面から遠ざかるように延びる一対の側面とを有するストリンガと、を具備する複合構造体であって、
前記パネルの表面が、前記ストリンガの前記端面に係合する第1壁と、前記ストリンガの他の部分に係合する第2壁とを有するように形成されており、
前記ストリンガが、前記パネルの前記表面に結合された基部と、前記基部から突出して前記パネルの凹部に埋め込まれるパッドとを具備し、
前記パッドが、前記凹部の第1端壁に係合する第1端面と、前記凹部の第2端壁に係合する第2端面とを有する、複合構造体。 - 前記パッドが、前記凹部の第1側壁に係合する第1側面と、前記凹部の第2側壁に係合する第2側面とを有する、請求項1に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記ストリンガの前記基部と前記パネルの前記表面との間の結合が前記パッドにおいて終端をなしている、請求項1又は2に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記ストリンガが、前記端面の反対側の該ストリンガの端部に第2端面を有しており、前記パネルに形成された前記第2壁が前記ストリンガの前記第2端面に係合する、請求項1に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記パネルの前記表面に形成された前記第1壁及び前記第2壁が、ほぼ反対向きに配向されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記パネルの前記表面に形成された前記第1壁及び前記第2壁が、前記ストリンガの長さに対してほぼ垂直に、前記ストリンガの幅を横切って延びている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造体。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造体を具備する航空機の外板。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造体における力の伝達方法であって、
前記パネルの前記表面に形成された前記第1壁と前記ストリンガの前記端面との間の法線反力によって、前記パネルから前記ストリンガへ圧縮力を伝達する段階と、
前記パネルの前記表面に形成された前記第2壁と前記ストリンガの他の表面との間の法線反力によって、前記パネルから前記ストリンガへ引張力を伝達する段階と、を含む力の伝達方法。 - 前記パネルの前記表面に形成された前記第1壁と前記ストリンガの前記端面との間で前記パネルから前記ストリンガへ引張力がほとんど伝達されず、前記パネルの前記表面に形成された前記第2壁と前記ストリンガの前記他の表面との間で前記パネルから前記ストリンガへ圧縮力がほとんど伝達されない、請求項8に記載の力の伝達方法。
