前記可動断熱材を収納するとともに、前記第1ケースと前記第2ケースとの間に挿入する可動断熱材挿脱器と、
前記第2開口から取入れた空気を冷却又は加温して排出する冷却/加温装置と、
前記冷却/加温装置から排出された空気、又は、搭載機器内の空気を取入れて前記第1開口から前記第1ケース内へ送り込むファンと、
前記冷却/加温装置と、搭載機器内とのいずれか一方と前記ファンとの間の経路を開くように切替える切替器と、
前記第1開口、前記第2開口、および、前記第3開口のそれぞれを開閉可能なドアと、
