前記第一の軸は、互いに平行をなすカット面が左右に形成された軸部と、この軸部の根元部から軸部の軸線と直交する方向でカット面の面方向に沿って延出された扁平な面接段部とからなり、前記第二の軸は、円柱状の軸部と、この軸部の根元部で軸部の軸線と直交する方向に延出された扁平な面接段部とからなり、
前記第一の軸受部は、前記第一の軸の軸部を回動自在に受け入れる円形の受孔と、この受孔から蓋の端面に向かって延びてその先端が蓋の端面で開口する溝とを備え、前記溝の幅が前記軸部の左右のカット面の間隔と略同じ寸法で形成されており、
