Description
しかしながら、凝結を遅延化させたり粘性を低下させても、高い浸透性の確保は容易であるが、地盤表層に近い領域では注入材有効成分が十分留まらずに沈降したり、注入管口から水平方向領域への浸透拡散が広がり難かった。その結果不均一な固結状態になりやすく、強固な地盤を対象領域全般にわたって安定して得るのは困難であった。一方で、2剤型注入材で良く使用されるカルシウムアルミネート等の凝結促進成分を加えると1剤型注入材では可視時間の制約が特に強くなり、前述のように浸透途中で凝結するとこれが目詰まりを起こし、深部や注入管口から隔たった水平方向へは注入成分が十分到達できないことがあり、強度的に不均質地盤の形成要因となるが、その調整は容易でなかった。
Claims (3)
- セメントクリンカ粉末、スラグ粉末、石膏類及び非晶質シリカを含む微粉末混合物を含有してなる水性スラリーからなり、全無機粒子の90体積%以上が粒径10.5μm以下の粒子であり、且つ45体積%以下が粒径2.2μm以下の粒子であって、非晶質シリカが多孔質球状シリカであることを特徴とする注入材。
- 非晶質シリカが細孔容積0.1〜1.2ml/gの多孔質球状シリカである請求項1記載の注入材。
- さらに減水剤及び/又はアルカリ金属硫酸塩を含有する請求項1又は2記載の注入材。
