Description
図1は従来の携帯電話機1011におけるNFCのR/Wモードの動作を表す概念図である。なお、ここでは携帯電話機を例にして説明するが、携帯電話機に限定されるものではない。図2は従来の携帯電話機1011におけるNFCのカードモードの動作を表す概念図である。図3は従来の携帯電話機1011におけるNFCのバッテリーレスモードの動作を表す概念図である。これらを用いて前提となる技術を説明する。なお、ここでは、携帯電話機1011にNFC機能が実装されているものとして話を進める。

上記で説明したようにアンテナ共用時にR/Wモードでの動作を前提とすると、信号分離の目的で共振回路1011cを動かすことが必須となる。

Claims (8)
- 第1のASK変調信号を復調する第1の復調回路と、
前記第1のASK変調信号より変調度の小さい第2のASK変調信号を復調する第2の復調回路と、
前記第1の復調回路へ結合され、少なくとも前記第1のASK変調信号を受ける第1の入力ピンと、
前記第1の入力ピンと別個に設けられた、前記第2の復調回路へ結合され、少なくとも第2のASK変調信号を受ける第2の入力ピンと、
前記第1の入力ピンを介して別途設けられたアンテナを駆動して、送信する変調信号を出力するドライバ回路と、を有する無線通信用半導体装置。 - 前記第1の復調回路はレベルトリガで動作し、前記第2の復調回路がエッジトリガで動作することを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線通信用半導体装置。
- さらに復調論理回路共有化回路を有し、前記復調論理回路共有化回路は前記第1の復調回路と前記第2の復調回路のいずれが有効かを判断し、有効な受信回路の出力を用いて出力とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線通信用半導体装置。
- 前記第2の復調回路は引き抜き回路を有し、前記引き抜き回路を制御することで整合を取ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線通信用半導体装置。
- さらに前記第2の入力ピンを介して別途設けられたアンテナを駆動して、送信する変調信号を出力するドライバ回路を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線通信用半導体装置。
- 前記第1のASK変調信号の変調度は100%であることを特徴とする請求項1−5のいずれか1項に記載の無線通信用半導体装置。
- 前記第2のASK変調信号の変調度は10%であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の無線通信用半導体装置。
- 第1のASK変調信号を復調する第1の復調回路と、
前記第1のASK変調信号より変調度の小さい第2のASK変調信号を復調する第2の復調回路と、
変調信号を送信するドライバ回路と、
共振回路と、
共有入力ピンと、を有し、
前記第1の復調回路は前記共有入力ピンからの受信信号を前記共振回路を介して受け、
前記第2の復調回路は前記共有入力ピンからの受信信号を受け、
前記ドライバ回路は前記共振回路を介して、前記共有入力ピンに接続されるアンテナを駆動して前記変調信号を送信する無線通信用半導体装置。
