Description
− 中で半製品が長手方向に走行する筐体と、
− 筐体の少なくとも一方のサイドに配置される複数の電磁光線源と、
− 電磁光線を通さない可動式防護板であって、2枚ごとに、少なくとも1つの半製品の受容領域を規定し、半製品の行程と局地的に重なる軌道を回る防護板を装備した、筐体に隣接する少なくとも1つのロック室と
を備える処理ユニットを提供する。
− 互いに離れて間隙18自体を形成する2つの底板17であって、チェーン8を通すことができ(これによってプリフォーム2を走行させることができ)、下面がローラ9の転がる走路10を形成する底板で構成される台座と、
− 2枚の囲壁であって、それぞれが間隙18の両側で底板17に固定される、断面がU字型の囲壁19と、
− チェーン8およびプリフォーム2が通過する上を閉鎖して囲壁19の上に乗る、一体成形のカバー20と
を備える。
− プリフォーム2よりも上の開口を封鎖するために、囲壁19同士の間に横断方向にまたがって開口25、26に配置するテープ45を用いて(図2)、
− ロール28を一周した光線を完全または部分的に吸収するために、ロール28の周縁に垂直に配置してロールを部分的に包囲する湾曲プレート46を用いて(図3)、
ロック室16完全にふさいでもよい。
Claims (10)
- 合成樹脂材料製中空体の半製品(2)の処理ユニットであって、
− 中で前記半製品(2)が長手方向に走行する筐体(13)と、
− 前記筐体(13)の少なくとも一方のサイドに配置される複数の電磁光線源(15)と
を備える処理ユニットにおいて、
− 電磁光線を通さない可動式防護板(41)を備える、前記筐体(13)に隣接する少なくとも1つのロック室(16)を有することと、
− 2枚の防護板(41)が、2枚ごとに、少なくとも1つの半製品(2)の受容領域(43)を規定することと、
− 前記防護板(41)は、前記半製品(2)の行程と局地的に重なる軌道を回ることと
を特徴とする、処理ユニット(1)。 - 前記防護板は、回転可動式であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記ロック室(16)は、前記半製品(2)の行程の両側に自由回転式に取り付けられた少なくとも1対のロール(28)を備え、該ロール(28)は、該ロール間を移動する前記半製品(2)の支持体(7)により回転駆動されることができ、星形に配置された半径方向のパネル(41)からなる環状の並びを備え、前記パネルは前記防護板を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記各ロール(28)は、自由回転式に取り付けられた1対の星形の支持盤(35)を備え、該支持盤の間に前記パネル(41)が取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記パネル(41)は、前記支持盤(35)同士の間の縦架材となる中央のスリーブ(38)から星形に延びることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記各ロール(28)は、前記半製品(2)の行程と局地的に重なる下方支持盤(35)を備え、該支持盤(35)は、その周縁に、前記半製品(2)の前記支持体(7)とかみ合うことができる凹部(39)からなる環状の並びを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記ロール(28)は、前記半製品(2)の行程に沿って違いにずれていることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記ロール(28)は、互いの周縁にほぼすれすれの状態であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記ロック室(16)は、前記半製品(2)の行程の両サイドに配置される囲壁(19)を備え、該囲壁は、前記ロック室(16)に2つの開口(25、26)を規定し、該開口を前記半製品(2)が通過することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記筐体(13)に面した前記ロック室(16)の開口(26)の両側に配置された縦架材(27)を備え、光線に対する気密性を保って前記筐体(13)と前記ロック室(16)とを接続することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の処理ユニット(1)。
