Description
少なくとも1つの管状構造体を表す三次元画像を表示する表示手段;

同定された一部を得るために、いかなる分岐点も含めた指示された位置の周りに位置し、指示された位置から所定の距離まで延びた管状構造体の一部を同定する同定手段;
を含むシステムが示されている。
少なくとも1つの管状構造体を表す三次元画像を表示するステップ;
指示された位置を得るために、使用者が管状構造体の血管上の位置を指示するのを可能にするステップ;及び、
同定された一部を得るために、いかなる分岐点も含めた指示された位置の周辺に位置づけられ、指示された位置から所定の距離測度まで延びた管状構造体の一部を同定するステップ;
を含み得る。
Claims (12)
- 血管分析を行うためのシステムであって、
少なくとも1つの管状構造体を表す三次元画像を表示する表示手段;
前記管状構造体の血管上の位置を使用者が指示して、指示された位置を選択するのを可能にする指示手段であり、マウスムーブイベントに反応するよう構成された指示手段;及び
いかなる分岐点も含め、前記指示された位置から予め定義された距離測度まで延びた前記管状構造体の一部を、前記指示された位置に基づき、さらなる使用者の入力を必要とすることなく同定する同定手段;
を含み、
前記予め定義された距離測度が、前記指示された位置とは無関係である、システム。 - 前記同定手段は、前記管状構造体に沿って前記予め定義された距離測度を測定する測定手段を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定手段は、前記管状構造体に沿って前記指示された位置から追跡された前記血管の長さを測定するよう構成された、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定手段は、前記管状構造体に沿って前記指示された位置から遭遇する複数の分岐点を発見するよう構成された、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記指示された位置から、前記管状構造体の分岐点まで、及び、さらに前記管状構造体の前記分岐点を越えて、血管の少なくとも一部の曲率に従って、並びに、前記分岐点を越えた2つの血管のうち少なくとも一部の曲率に従って、マルチカーブ再構成を提供する再構成手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記三次元画像は体積画像を含み、前記同定手段は、前記使用者が前記位置を指示するのに応じて、前記指示された位置にある前記体積画像からローカルトラッキングパラメータを推定する推定手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記推定手段は、構造テンソルの要素の加重平均を計算するよう構成され、前記加重平均は、前記指示された位置の周辺の所与のサイズの領域にわたって計算される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムを含む、医療用画像ワークステーション。
- 血管分析を行うシステムの作動方法であって、
表示手段が、少なくとも1つの管状構造体を表す三次元画像をディスプレイ装置上に表示するステップ;
指示手段が、使用者によるマウスムーブイベントに反応して、前記ディスプレイ装置上に表示された前記管状構造体の血管上の位置を指示して、指示された位置を提供するステップ;
同定手段が、いかなる分岐点も含め、前記指示された位置の周辺に位置づけられ、且つ、前記指示された位置から予め定義された距離測度まで延びた前記管状構造体の一部を、さらなる使用者の入力を必要とすることなく同定するステップ;
を含み、
前記予め定義された距離測度が、前記指示された位置とは無関係である、方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法をプロセッサシステムに行わせる指示を含む、コンピュータプログラム。
- 前記表示手段は、前記表示された三次元画像において、前記管状構造体の前記同定された一部を示すグラフィカルなアノテーションを表示するよう構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記同定手段及び/又は前記表示手段は、マウスムーブイベントが検出された場合に最新の同定された一部を提供するよう構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
