Description

複数個の水平の自立構造を含み、該自立構造のそれぞれは、
少なくとも一列の等しいサイズの開口で穿孔された底板、
並流2相流用の入口を備え、そして該底板のそれぞれの開口へ適合する管の形態の細長い下降流流路、及び
少なくとも2つの下降流流路の上ではあるが、該少なくとも2つの下降流流路から離間して装着され、そして、該少なくとも2つの下降流流路の少なくとも1つの壁部分に沿って取り付けられる共通のライザーキャップ、
を含み、
該複数の自立構造は、支持ビーム、かつ、1つの自立構造の縁部が隣接する自立構造の縁部に対して堅く締め付けられる接合部、そして該下降流容器の内壁間の接合部において実質的に漏れの無いトレイを形成するトレイパネルとして作用する、上記の気液分配装置、

Claims (7)
- 下降流容器において並流2相流を分配するための気液分配装置であって、該装置は、
複数個の自立構造を含み、該自立構造のそれぞれは、
水平で、かつ、少なくとも一列の等しいサイズの開口で穿孔された底板、
並流2相流用の入口を備え、そして該底板のそれぞれの開口へ適合する管の形態の細長い下降流流路、及び
少なくとも2つの下降流流路を覆うように、該少なくとも2つの下降流流路の入口に付着することなく該下降流流路の2つの対壁に取り付けられる、共通のライザーキャップ、
を含み、
該複数の自立構造は、支持ビーム、かつ、1つの自立構造の縁部が隣接する自立構造の縁部に対して堅く締め付けられる接合部、そして該下降流容器の内壁間の接合部において漏れの無いトレイを形成するトレイパネルとして作用する、上記の気液分配装置。 - 下降流流路が自立構造上の全ての点で同じ高さを有する、請求項1記載の気液分配装置。
- ライザーキャップが、側面中に切り込まれた垂直なスロットを1つ以上有し、スロット高さは、下降流流路の入口のレベルでまたはそれより下で終わる、請求項1記載の気液分配装置。
- ライザーキャップの入口端部が自立構造の底板のレベルより上で終了する、請求項1記載の気液分配装置。
- 共通のライザーキャップが、各々の下降流流路の2つの対壁に取り付けられる、請求項1記載の気液分配装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一に記載の気液分配装置を含む並流2相流下降流容器。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一に記載の気液分配装置を1つ以上備えた反応装置。
