本開示は、一般的に、整形外科的器具、より具体的には、関節力データを決定及び表示するためのシステム、装置、及び方法に関する。
整形外科的人工関節は、整形外科医により患者に植え込まれて、例えば、患者の骨及び/若しくは軟組織の喪失、外傷による損傷、並びに/又は骨の変形を矯正する、又は別の方法で軽減する。整形外科的人工関節は、患者の関節の一部又は全部を置き換えることができる。例えば、整形外科的人工関節は、患者の膝、股、肩、足、又は他の関節を置き換えることができる。膝を置換する場合、整形外科的人工膝関節は、脛骨トレー、大腿骨コンポーネント、及び脛骨トレーと大腿骨コンポーネントとの間に位置付けられるポリマー挿入物又はベアリングを備えてもよい。場合によっては、人工膝関節は、人工膝蓋骨コンポーネントも含んでもよく、このコンポーネントは、手術により準備された患者の膝蓋骨の後側に固定される。

(1) 患者の関節に位置付けられるような形状であり、凹状に湾曲した上方筐体片を有するセンサ筐体と、
前記センサ筐体内に位置付けられるセンサ配列であって、前記患者の関節の関節力を示すセンサ信号を発生させるよう構成される複数の圧力センサを備える、センサ配列と、
前記センサ筐体に固定されるハンドルと、
前記ハンドルの端部に固定される第1ディスプレイと、
前記ハンドルに位置付けられる回路であって、前記センサ配列からの前記センサ信号を受信し、前記ディスプレイを制御して前記患者の関節の前記関節力の視覚的指標を提供するよう構成される、回路と、を備える、整形外科的装置。
(2) 前記センサ筐体がカップ形状である、実施態様1に記載の整形外科的装置。
(3) 前記センサ筐体が前記患者の股関節に位置付けられるような形状である、実施態様2に記載の整形外科的装置。
(4) 前記センサ筐体が前記患者の肩関節に位置付けられるような形状である、実施態様2に記載の整形外科的装置。
(6) 前記センサ筐体が、凸状に湾曲した下方筐体片を備え、力が前記センサ筐体に印加されないとき、前記凹状に湾曲した上方筐体片の外縁が前記凸状に湾曲した下方筐体の対応する外縁から離間している、実施態様1に記載の整形外科的装置。

複数のワイヤを介して前記センサ筐体に通信的に連結されるハンドルと、

前記ハンドルに位置付けられる回路であって、前記センサ配列からの前記センサ信号を受信し、前記ディスプレイを制御して前記患者の関節の前記関節力の視覚的指標を提供するよう構成される、回路と、を備える、整形外科的装置。
(12) 前記センサ筐体が半球形外表面を含む、実施態様11に記載の整形外科的装置。
(13) 前記センサ筐体が実質的に平面であり、前記患者の脊椎の第1椎骨と第2椎骨との間に定置されるような大きさであり、前記センサ筐体が前記患者の脊髄の一部を受容するような形状の切り込みを備える、実施態様11に記載の整形外科的装置。

- 患者の関節に位置付けられるような形状であり、凹状に湾曲した上方筐体片を有するセンサ筐体と、

前記ハンドルに位置付けられる回路であって、前記センサ配列からの前記センサ信号を受信し、前記第1および第2ディスプレイを制御して前記患者の関節の前記関節力の視覚的指標を提供するよう構成される、回路と、を備える、整形外科的装置。 - 前記センサ筐体が前記患者の股関節に位置付けられるような形状である、請求項1に記載の整形外科的装置。
- 前記センサ筐体が前記患者の肩関節に位置付けられるような形状である、請求項1に記載の整形外科的装置。
- 前記センサ筐体が、凸状に湾曲した下方筐体片を備え、力が前記センサ筐体に印加されないとき、前記凹状に湾曲した上方筐体片の外縁が前記凸状に湾曲した下方筐体の対応する外縁から離間している、請求項1に記載の整形外科的装置。
- 前記複数の圧力センサが容量性圧力センサである、請求項1に記載の整形外科的装置。
- 前記回路が、前記関節力を示すデータを送信するよう構成される無線送信機を備える、請求項1に記載の整形外科的装置。
- 患者の関節に位置付けられる形状のセンサ筐体と、
前記センサ筐体内に位置付けられるセンサ配列であって、前記患者の関節の関節力を示すセンサ信号を発生させるよう構成される複数の圧力センサを備える、センサ配列と、
複数のワイヤを介して前記センサ筐体に通信的に連結されるハンドルであって、上方ハンドル筐体と下方ハンドル筐体とを含む、ハンドルと、
前記上方ハンドル筐体の端部に固定される第1ディスプレイと、
前記下方ハンドル筐体の端部に固定される第2ディスプレイと、
前記ハンドルに位置付けられる回路であって、前記センサ配列からの前記センサ信号を受信し、前記第1および第2ディスプレイを制御して前記患者の関節の前記関節力の視覚的指標を提供するよう構成される、回路と、を備える、整形外科的装置。 - 前記センサ筐体が実質的に平面であり、前記患者の脊椎の第1椎骨と第2椎骨との間に定置されるような大きさであり、前記センサ筐体が前記患者の脊髄の一部を受容するような形状の切り込みを備える、請求項7に記載の整形外科的装置。
- 前記センサ筐体が実質的に平面であり、前記患者の膝蓋骨と大腿骨との間に定置されるような大きさであり、前記センサ筐体がほぼ楕円形状を有する、請求項7に記載の整形外科的装置。
