Claims (5)
- 第1光アダプタ及び第2光アダプタと、
前記第1光アダプタと嵌合する第1光コネクタと、
前記第2光アダプタと嵌合する第2光コネクタと、
前記第1光コネクタと前記第2光コネクタとを接続する複数本の光ファイバとを備え、
前記第1光コネクタは、前記光ファイバの一端部が挿入される少なくとも1つの第1ファイバ孔を有し、
前記第1ファイバ孔は、複数列に配列されており、
前記第2光コネクタは、複数列ずつ複数段に配列されるように設けられ、前記光ファイバの他端部が挿入される複数の第2ファイバ孔を有し、
前記光ファイバは、前記第1ファイバ孔の配列方向に互いに隣り合ってペアを構成する前記第1ファイバ孔と同じ列の上下対称となる段に位置する前記第2ファイバ孔とを接続するように構成されていることを特徴とする光モジュール。 - 前記第1光アダプタ及び前記第1光コネクタは、複数ずつ存在しており、
前記第1光コネクタは、前記第1ファイバ孔を1つ有すると共に、複数列に配列されており、
前記複数の第2ファイバ孔は、複数列ずつ上下2段に配列されるように設けられており、
前記光ファイバは、前記第1光コネクタの配列方向に互いに隣り合ってペアを構成する前記第1光コネクタの前記第1ファイバ孔と前記同じ列の上段及び下段に位置する前記第2ファイバ孔とを接続するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。 - 前記第2光コネクタは、1対のガイドピンを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の光モジュール。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の2つの光モジュールと、
前記2つの光モジュール同士を接続する光ケーブルとを備え、
前記光ケーブルの両端には、前記第2光アダプタと嵌合し、前記各第2ファイバ孔に対応する配列構造をもった複数の第3ファイバ孔を有する第3光コネクタがそれぞれ設けられており、
前記光ケーブルは、前記各第3光コネクタがキーアップ・トゥ・キーダウン配向をなすように構成されていることを特徴とする光システム。 - 前記第3光コネクタは、前記各ガイドピンと嵌合する1対のガイド孔を更に有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の光システム。
