Claims (9)
- 経口剤形からの活性剤の放出を分析するための溶解デバイスであって、
流体媒体を含有する容器;および
剤形を支持し、容器中の媒体と流体連結するための少なくとも1つの通路を有するチャンバ、および、剤形に接触させ、そして、(i)2以上の異なる方向の圧迫力および(ii)2以上の異なる角度の圧迫力の少なくとも1つを剤形に加えるための、チャンバ内の可動ピストン機構を含む加力システムを備えた、デバイス。 - ピストン機構が、その中の剤形に対し反対方向および離れた反対方向のチャンバ中にて往復可能である、請求項1記載の溶解デバイス。
- ピストン機構がまた、該方向と平行な軸の周りをチャンバ中にて回転可能である、請求項2記載の溶解デバイス。
- ピストン機構が、同時に、反対方向に往復し、該軸の周りを回転しうる、請求項3記載の溶解デバイス。
- 該ピストン機構を往復させるための第1アクチュエータ、および該ピストン機構を回転させるための第2アクチュエータを含む、請求項3記載の溶解デバイス。

剤形を流体媒体中に配置すること;
媒体を循環させること;
剤形に接触させ、剤形を圧迫し、そして、剤形に対して回転破砕作用をもたらすための、加圧ピストン機構によって、(i)2以上の異なる方向の圧迫力および(ii)2以上の異なる角度の圧迫力の少なくとも1つを剤形に加えること;および
剤形からの活性剤の放出を表すデータを回収することを含む、方法。 - 口腔中の剤形からの活性剤の放出を分析するための溶解デバイスであって、
開端部を有し、媒体を含有する容器;
チャンバおよび力付与機構を有する加力システムを備え、該チャンバが剤形を支持し該媒体と流体連結し、該力付与機構が、口腔内の破砕ならび圧迫状態を模擬するために、剤形に接触させ、回転させながら、(i)2以上の異なる方向の圧迫力および(ii)2以上の異なる角度の圧迫力の少なくとも1つを剤形に加えるところの、デバイス。 - 圧迫力の速度および強度が変化する、請求項7記載のデバイス。
- 破砕力の速度および強度が変化する、請求項7記載のデバイス。
