Claims (7)
- 船体に貫設された垂直開口部内に設けられる上部ターレットと、
前記上部ターレットの下部に結合され、船体を回転自在に支持する下部軸受組立体が設けられる下部ターレットと、を含み、
前記下部軸受組立体は、
前記下部ターレットの外周面に設けられる下部軸受と、
前記垂直開口部を形成する船体の内側壁に結合され、前記下部軸受と摺動自在に接触する独立スライディングパッドと、
を含み、
前記独立スライディングパッドは、少なくとも1つのスリットが形成された複数個のスリットプレートが連設されるターレット装置。 - 前記独立スライディングパッドは、
前記垂直開口部を形成する船体の内側壁から突設される軸受接触壁部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のターレット装置。 - 前記スリットプレートは、前記軸受接触壁部と異なる材質からなる請求項2に記載のターレット装置。
- 前記スリットプレートの縁部と前記スリットには、
前記軸受接触壁部と前記スリットプレートとを接着させるための溶接部が形成される請求項3に記載のターレット装置。 - 前記溶接部は、
前記軸受接触壁部と前記スリットプレートとの間の異種金属接触腐蝕(galvanic corrosion)を防止するための第1溶接層と、
前記第1溶接層の上部に形成され、海水による腐蝕を防止するための第2溶接層と、
を含む請求項4に記載のターレット装置。 - 前記第1溶接層は、モリブデンが添加されたステンレススチールで形成され、前記第2溶接層は、ステンレス材で形成される請求項5に記載のターレット装置。
- 前記下部ターレットは、
前記上部ターレットと連結され、下部に行くほど拡張されることによって、前記上部ターレットに比べて、さらに大きな外径を有する請求項1から請求項6のうち何れか一項に記載のターレット装置。
