Description

The present invention relates to a knitting method of a tubular knitted fabric for knitting a non-sewn tubular knitted fabric comprising a main body knitted into a cylindrical shape and a partition formed inside the main body, and The present invention relates to a tubular knitted fabric obtained by the knitting method.

In recent years, socks (tubular knitted fabrics) having a plurality of finger bags are widely available on the market. However, some people shy away from socks because of their appearance. Therefore, it has also been proposed to form a partition portion inside the toe portion of the sock. In order to knitting such socks with a flat knitting machine without sewing, the sock is knitted in a cylindrical shape from the mouth portion, and when the sock is knitted, the inside of the cylinder locked to the needle bed is partitioned. A knitting method for forming the part is required. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a knitting method for forming a partition portion in the manner of one-stroke writing.

However, when the partition part is provided inside the sock, the partition part cannot be formed up to the tip of the toe part of the sock. This is because when the toe part is closed to complete the sock, the partition part cannot be connected to the toe part well. In this way, when wearing socks in which the partition portion is not formed up to the tip of the toe portion, adjacent fingertips come into contact with each other. Some people feel uncomfortable about this, so improvements are desired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tubular knitted fabric in which a partition portion can be formed up to the tip of a closed tubular knitted fabric as represented by socks. It is in providing the knitting method and the cylindrical knitted fabric knitted by the knitting method.

The knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric according to the present invention includes a flat knitting machine that has at least a pair of front and back needle beds and is capable of transferring a stitch locked to a knitting needle of the needle bed to another knitting needle. A knitting method of a tubular knitted fabric for knitting a non-sewn tubular knitted fabric having a main body portion knitted in a shape and a partition portion formed inside the cylinder of the main body portion and partitioning the inside of the cylinder. The following steps α to γ are provided.
[Step α] The stitches of the main body portion are locked in a cylindrical shape to the knitting needles of the front and back needle beds, and the stitches at both ends of the partition portion are connected to the main body portion within the knitting width of the main body portion. The stitches of the partition portions other than the stitches at the both end portions are locked in a knitting needle other than the knitting needle with which the main body portion is locked.
[Step β] The stitches of the main body portion that are locked to the front and back needle beds are divided into a first stitch row, a second stitch row, a third stitch row, and a fourth stitch row in the circumferential direction of the main body portion. In addition to repeating the formation of the fifth stitch row following the wale direction of the first stitch row, or repeating the formation of the fifth stitch row, the sixth stitch row following the wale direction of the third stitch row Repeat forming.
[Step γ]... When the fifth stitch row formed at the end of the step β and the third stitch row are joined, or when the sixth stitch row is formed in addition to the fifth stitch row, the last of the step β The fifth stitch row and the sixth stitch row formed in the above are joined. A bind off process is suitable for joining these stitch rows.
Here, in the process β, the following (1) to (3) are also performed.
(1) Each time the fifth stitch row is formed, the stitches at both ends of the fifth stitch row are overlapped with the stitches at the end on the fifth stitch row side in the second stitch row and the fourth stitch row, respectively. Join together.
(2) When the sixth stitch row is also knitted, every time the sixth stitch row is knitted, the stitches at both ends of the sixth stitch row are respectively the sixth stitch in the second stitch row and the fourth stitch row. Overlay and join the stitches at the end of the row side.
(3) When increasing the fifth stitch row, at least a part of the stitches of the fifth stitch row and a part of the stitches of the partition portion are overlapped and joined.

In order to obtain the state of the step α, a known knitting method for forming a partition portion inside the cylinder of the cylindrical knitted fabric can be used. As such a known knitting method, for example, the knitting method of Patent Document 1 described above can be cited.

In addition, when the sixth stitch row is formed in the step β, in addition to (1) to (3) performed in the step β, (4) when increasing the sixth stitch row, at least a part of the second stitch row is formed. The sixth stitch row and a part of the stitches of the partition portion may be overlapped and joined. Here, when the fifth stitch row (sixth stitch row) is knitted in the step β, if the stitches of the partition portion are not joined to the stitch rows, the stitches of the partition portion are the fifth stitch row (sixth stitch row). Relief to the needle bed opposite to the needle bed for knitting. Needless to say, when the sixth stitch row is not formed in the step β, the step (2) need not be performed.

As one form of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, in the step α, the stitches at both ends of the partition portion are respectively locked to the stitches of the main body portion locked to the front needle bed and the rear needle bed. It may be connected to the stitch of the main body. In addition to this configuration, the stitches at both ends may be connected to the stitches of the main body that are locked to one of the front and back needle beds.

As one form of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, it is preferable that the direction of stitch transfer performed for joining the stitches during the step β is the same. For example, at the time of the first joining of the fifth stitch row and the second stitch row, the stitches of the second stitch row are moved toward the stitches of the fifth stitch row, and the fifth stitch row and the fourth stitch row Assume that the stitches in the fifth stitch row are moved toward the stitches in the fourth stitch row during the first joining. In that case, when a new fifth stitch row is formed and joined to the second stitch row and the fourth stitch row thereafter, each stitch row is moved in the same manner as the first transfer.

As one form of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, all the stitches of the partition part that are not connected to the main body part at the time of the step α are changed to the fifth stitch row or the sixth stitch row at the step β. It is preferable to join. For example, the stitches of the partition part may be joined one by one to all of the plurality of fifth stitch rows to be formed, or the stitches of the partition part 1 to 1 part of the fifth stitch row may be joined. Two stitches may be joined.

On the other hand, the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention is a tubular knitted fabric having a main body knitted in a cylindrical shape and a partition part formed inside the cylinder of the main body and partitioning the inside of the cylinder, and at least a pair of front and rear A tubular knitted fabric that has a needle bed and is knitted without sewing using a flat knitting machine that can be transferred to another knitting needle. The front end of the partition portion is provided with a three-dimensional closing surface, and at least a part of the stitch group of the partition portion on the closing surface side is joined to the closing surface.

According to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, the front end of the main body portion is three-dimensionally closed by the closing surface composed of a plurality of fifth stitch rows (or a plurality of fifth stitch rows and sixth stitch rows). The present invention tubular knitted fabric can be knitted with the present invention tubular knitted fabric provided with a partition portion joined to its closed surface. Therefore, for example, if a sock is knitted by the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, a partition portion is formed inside the sock tube, and the partition portion reaches the most advanced portion of the toe portion of the sock. Can be organized. This sock is comfortable to wear because it can avoid contact between the toes when worn.

Further, the appearance of the finished tubular knitted fabric can be improved by making the direction of stitch transfer performed for joining the stitches the same during the process β. This is because a sense of unity occurs in the formation state of the stitches at the boundary portion between stitch rows to be joined.

Furthermore, by joining all the stitches of the partition part not connected to the main body part in the step α to the closed surface, the adjacent spaces partitioned by the partition part can be made independent. For example, in the case of socks, contact between adjacent toes across the partition can be almost eliminated.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Each of the knitting described in the embodiment uses a pair of front and back needle beds extending in the left-right direction and facing each other in the front-rear direction, and a two-bed flat knitting machine capable of transferring stitches between the front and back needle beds. An example of the organization that was performed will be described. Of course, the flat knitting machine to be used may be a four-bed flat knitting machine.

<Embodiment 1>
A tubular knitted fabric 100 of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 1A is a bag that is knitted in a cylindrical shape from the lower side of the drawing and whose upper side is closed by the closing surface 2 (the handle is omitted). That is, in this figure, the closing surface 2 that is the bottom surface of the bag is arranged on the upper side of the drawing. The most characteristic feature of the tubular knitted fabric 100 of this embodiment is that the closed surface 2 is formed on the tubular main body 1 so that the main body 1 has a three-dimensional shape and the main body 1 That is, the partition portion 3 formed inside reaches the closing surface 2 and is joined to the closing surface 2.

A procedure for knitting the tubular knitted fabric 100 of FIG. 1A will be described based on an image diagram of the knitting process of FIG. 2 schematically shows a state in which the main body 1 is locked to the front needle bed (hereinafter referred to as FB) and the rear needle bed (hereinafter referred to as BB). In FIGS. 2 (B) and 2 (C), the main body 1 Most of the part 1 is omitted.

First, as shown in FIG. 2 (A), the main body 1 is knitted in a cylindrical shape, and the partition portions 3 and 3 are formed inside the main body 1. The stitches at both ends of the partition portions 3 and 3 are connected to the stitches of the main body 1 that are locked to the FB and the stitches of the main body 1 that are locked to the BB, respectively. Further, stitches other than both end portions of the partition portions 3 and 3 are omitted in FIG. 2, but are locked to knitting needles in which the main body portion 1 in the BB is not locked. As shown in FIG. 2A, a known knitting method (for example, the knitting method of Patent Document 1) can be used to form the partition portion 3 inside the main body portion 1.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), the plurality of stitches of the main body 1 that are locked across the FB and the BB are arranged in the circumferential direction in the first stitch row ω1, the second stitch row ω2, and the third stitch. It is divided into a row ω3 and a fourth stitch row ω4. The first stitch row ω1 and the fourth stitch row ω4 are locked to the BB, and the second stitch row ω2 and the third stitch row ω3 are locked to the FB. However, the method of dividing the stitch row is not limited to this, and, for example, three stitch rows may be assigned to BB and the remaining stitch rows may be assigned to FB. Regardless of how they are divided, the number of stitches locked to FB and BB is set to be approximately the same.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2C, the knitting of the fifth stitch row ω5 continuous in the wale direction of the first stitch row ω1 is repeated. At this time, every time the fifth stitch row ω5 is formed, the stitches at both ends of the fifth stitch row ω5 are stitches at the ends on the fifth stitch row ω5 side in the second stitch row ω2 and the fourth stitch row ω4, respectively. To overlay. In this case, if a double stitch is formed at both end portions of the previously formed fifth stitch row ω5, and a new fifth stitch row ω5 is formed next to the fifth stitch row ω5, a new stitch following the double stitch is formed. A stitch is formed, and both end portions of the previously formed fifth stitch row ω5 are joined to the second stitch row ω2 and the fourth stitch row ω4. Further, when the fifth stitch row ω5 is increased in FIG. 2C, the stitches of the fifth stitch row ω5 and the stitches of the partition portion 3 are overlapped. By doing so, the partition part 3 is joined to the fifth stitch row ω5.

Finally, the fifth stitch row ω5 and the third stitch row ω3 are joined by the bind off process, and the closed surface 2 connected to all the stitch rows ω1 to ω4 is formed. A well-known process (for example, WO2011 / 018929A1) etc. can be utilized for a bind off process.

Here, the knitting width of the fifth stitch row ω5 that is sequentially formed may be changed. For example, if the knitting width of the fifth stitch row ω5 is sequentially increased, the trapezoidal closed surface 2 can be knitted, and if the knitting width of the fifth stitch row ω5 is sequentially increased and then reduced. The hexagonal closed surface 2 can be knitted.

In addition, at the time of FIG. 2 (A), both the stitches at both ends of the partition portion 3 are connected to the main body 1 that is locked to one needle bed (for example, BB), and FIG. If the tubular knitted fabric 100 is knitted based on the same technical idea as (C), a bag (cylindrical knitted fabric 100) having an inner pocket as shown in FIG. 1B can be knitted. In addition to the formation of the fifth stitch row ω5, a sixth stitch row that is continuous in the wale direction of the third stitch row ω3 may be knitted. The sixth stitch row and the other stitch rows ω2 and ω4 (partitions 3 as necessary) may be joined in the same manner as the fifth stitch row ω5. When forming the sixth stitch row, finally, the sixth stitch row and the fifth stitch row ω5 are joined by the bind off process to complete the closed surface 2.

図中のA〜Z,A’〜H’はFBおよびBBの編針を示す。 Next, an example of a specific knitting process in FIGS. 2B and 2C will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, “S + number” indicates a process number, and an arrow indicates a transfer direction (the racking operation is omitted). A to Z and A 'to H' in the figure indicate FB and BB knitting needles. In the figure, ○ indicates a stitch that is locked to the needle bed, ● indicates a stitch that is knitted in each step, V indicates a tack stitch, ◎ indicates a double stitch, and the stitch of the main body 1 is a medium thick line The stitches of the partition part 3 are indicated by a thick line. In order to make the explanation easy to understand, the number of knitting needles will be described to be smaller than the number used in actual knitting.

S1 in FIG. 3 shows the same locking state as in FIG. In S1, the first stitch row ω1 is an alternate knitting needle (hereinafter referred to as “knitting needles ■ to □” among the knitting needles H to H ′ of the BB. The second stitch row ω2 is related to the knitting needles G ′ to C ′ of the FB, the third stitch row ω3 is related to the knitting needles A ′ to A of the FB, and the fourth stitch row ω4 is related to the knitting needles B to F of the BB. It has been stopped. Further, the left end portion of the partition portion 3 (3) is connected to the stitch (the knitting needle I (S) of the FB) of the third stitch row ω3 by a tack, and the right end portion of the partition portion 3 (3) is the first stitch row. It is connected to the stitch of ω1 (knitting needle P (Z) of BB) by tack. The remaining stitches of the partition 3 (3) are locked to the knitting needles K, M, and O (U, W, and Y) of the BB.

In S2, the stitches of the partition part 3 locked to the knitting needles K, M, O and the knitting needles U, W, Y of the BB are stitched to the knitting needles L, N, P of the FB, and the knitting needles V, X, Z, respectively. Move.

In the next S3, the stitches of the partition portions 3 and 3 transferred to the knitting needle P and the knitting needle Z of the FB in S2 are transferred to the knitting needle P and the knitting needle Z of the BB, respectively, and are related to the knitting needle G ′ of the FB. The stitches of the second stitch row ω2 to be stopped are transferred to the knitting needle H ′ of BB. In S4, a new stitch row (fifth stitch row ω5) is formed following the first stitch row ω1 locked to the knitting needles H to H ′ of the BB. At this time, the stitches of the partition portions 3 and 3 (the knitting needles L, N, V, and X of the FB) that have been released to the FB in S2 are not joined to the fifth stitch row ω5.

In S5, the fifth stitch row ω5 locked to the BB knitting needles H to H ′ formed in S4 is transferred to the BB knitting needles F to F ′ via the FB. Thereby, in the knitting needle F of BB, the stitch at the left end of the fifth stitch row ω5 is overlapped with the stitch in the fourth stitch row ω4.

In S6, the stitches of the partition portions 3 and 3 locked to the knitting needle N of the FB and the knitting needle X are overlapped with the stitches of the fifth stitch row ω5 locked to the knitting needle N of the BB and the knitting needle X, respectively. The stitches of the second stitch row ω2 locked to the knitting needle E ′ of the FB are overlapped with the stitches of the fifth stitch row ω5 locked to the knitting needle F ′ of the BB. In S7, a new fifth stitch row ω5 is formed following the fifth stitch row ω5 that is locked to the knitting needles F to F ′. Through S5 to S7, the stitches at both ends of the fifth stitch row ω5 formed in S4 are the stitches of the second stitch row ω2 (the stitches of the FB needle E ′ in S5) and the stitches of the fourth stitch row ω4 ( Stitches of the BB knitting needles F in S4), and the stitches of the partition portions 3 and 3 are also joined to the fifth stitch row ω5.

Next, in S8 of FIG. 4, the fifth stitch row ω5 locked to the BB knitting needles F to F ′ formed in S7 of FIG. 3 is passed through the FB to the knitting needles D to D ′ of the BB. Move. In S9, the stitches of the partition portions 3 and 3 locked to the knitting needle L of the FB and the knitting needle V are transferred to the knitting needle L and the knitting needle V of the BB, respectively, and the stitch of the knitting needle C ′ of the FB is transferred. Transfer to the knitting needle D ′ of BB. In S10, a new fifth stitch row ω5 is formed following the fifth stitch row ω5 locked to the knitting needles D to D ′ of the BB. By these S8 to S10, the fifth stitch row ω5, the second stitch row ω2, and the fourth stitch row ω4 formed in S7 of FIG. 3 are joined, and the stitches of the partition portions 3 and 3 are also the fifth stitch row. It is joined to the stitch row ω5.

Finally, in S11, the fifth stitch row ω5 locked to the BB knitting needles D to D ′ formed in S10 is transferred to the BB knitting needles B to B ′ via the FB. Thereafter, the stitches locked to the needle bed are subjected to bind-off processing by a known method, the cylinders are closed, and the cylindrical knitted fabric 100 illustrated in FIG. 1 is completed.

According to the knitting method described above, as shown in FIG. 1 (A), a three-dimensional bag (tubular knitted fabric 100) in which a closed surface 2 is formed at the tip of the main body 1, and the main body 1 It is possible to knitting a bag in which the partition portions 3 and 3 formed inside are joined to the closed surface 2. According to this bag, it is possible to suppress the movement of small items stored in the bag with the partition portions 3 and 3 interposed therebetween. Here, the bag is formed into a three-dimensional shape by the closed surface 2 because the outer peripheral three sides of the closed surface 2 continuously formed in the wale direction of the first stitch row ω1 are respectively the second stitches of the main body 1. This is because it is joined to the row ω2 to the fourth stitch row ω4.

In the knitting process with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, since the direction of transfer when joining the stitch rows is the same throughout the knitting step, the formation state of the stitches at the boundary portion where the stitch rows are joined together Is complete. Therefore, the appearance of the boundary portion is good.

<Embodiment 2>
By applying the knitting method described in the first embodiment, a sock (tubular knitted fabric) having a toe insertion portion that can individually insert a toe into the sock can be knitted. FIG. 5A is a schematic view of the sock, and FIG. 5B is an enlarged view of a toe portion of the sock.

The sock 101 (cylindrical knitted fabric) in FIG. 5 (A) starts knitting in a cylindrical shape from the cuff portion 10, and the knitting method shown in the first embodiment is applied to the toe portion 30. In that case, as shown in FIG. 5 (B), the closed surface 2 is formed at the tip of the toe portion 30, and the partition portion 3 is formed inside the cylinder surrounded by the main body 1 and the closed surface 2. Between the partition parts 3 and 3, a toe insertion part for inserting a toe is formed. Further, the partition portions 3 are joined to the closing surface 2. For this reason, when the socks 101 are worn, the toes inserted in the toe insertion portions do not come into contact with each other, and it can be said that the socks 101 are comfortable to wear.

In addition, this invention is not necessarily limited to embodiment mentioned above, In the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention, it can change suitably and can implement. For example, the main body 1 may be a rib structure.
