Claims (11)
- ガラス製作システムにおいて用いる白金具有構成要素の製作方法であって、
第1白金具有金属部材および第2白金具有金属部材を提供するステップと、
前記第1白金具有金属部材および前記第2白金具有金属部材のいずれかまたは両方の少なくとも一部分を酸素発生材料で被覆するステップと、
アセンブリを形成するために前記第1白金具有金属部材および前記第2白金具有金属部材を接合するステップであって、前記酸素発生材料の少なくとも一部分を、前記第1白金具有金属部材および前記第2白金具有金属部材の間の間隙容積内に配備するステップと、
前記アセンブリを、熱処理ステップにおいて、少なくとも20容積%の量で酸素を含む雰囲気内で、12時間以上の期間に亘り、少なくとも1450℃の温度に加熱するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記第1白金具有金属部材および前記第2白金具有金属部材を接合するステップが、前記第1白金具有金属部材を前記第2白金具有金属部材に溶接するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記間隙容積と、この間隙容積の外部の大気との間に通気流路を形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アセンブリを加熱するステップと、その加熱ステップ後に前記通気流路をシールするステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記酸素発生材料がスズの酸化物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 白金具有製品から炭素汚染を除去する方法であって、

前記第1白金具有金属部材および前記第2白金具有金属部材のいずれかまたは両方の少なくとも一部分を酸素発生材料で被覆するステップと、
アセンブリを形成するために前記第1白金具有金属部材および前記第2白金具有金属部材を接合するステップであって、前記酸素発生材料の少なくとも一部分を、前記第1白金具有金属部材および前記第2白金具有金属部材の間の間隙容積内に配備するステップと、
前記間隙容積および外部の大気の間に通気通路を形成するステップと、
前記アセンブリを、熱処理ステップにおいて、少なくとも20容積%の量で酸素を含む雰囲気内で、12時間以上の期間に亘り、少なくとも1450℃の温度に加熱するステップと、
前記加熱ステップ後に前記通気流路をシールするステップと、

アセンブリを形成するために前記第1白金具有金属部材および前記第2白金具有金属部材を接合するステップであって、前記酸化スズの少なくとも一部分を、前記第1白金具有金属部材および前記第2白金具有金属部材の間の間隙容積内に配備するステップと、
前記間隙容積を外部の大気に接続する通気流路を前記アセンブリ内に形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記アセンブリを、熱処理ステップにおいて、少なくとも20容積%の酸素を含む雰囲気内で、12時間以上の期間に亘り、少なくとも1450℃の温度に加熱するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
