前記枠と障子に、枠側部材と障子側部材を対向してそれぞれ取り付け、
前記枠側部材はマグネット又はマグネットが吸着する吸着部材を備え、
前記枠側部材は前記枠の上枠に取り付けると共に、その上枠は障子を移動自在にガイドするレールを有し、
前記障子側部材は、マグネット又はマグネットが吸着する吸着部材を備え、かつ前記レールに係止する係止部とガイド部を有し、
前記ガイド部は、前記障子の縦框の中空部に上下動自在に嵌合することで、前記障子側部材は、前記係止部が前記レールに係止して障子を閉じ位置で保持する保持位置と、前記係止部が前記レールと離れて障子を開き方向に移動可能とする保持解除位置とに渡って移動自在とし、上動位置が保持位置となり、
前記障子側部材は、障子が閉じ位置のときにマグネットの吸着力で保持位置に移動し、前記保持位置に移動した際に、前記係止部が上枠のレールに係止するようにし、
