Description
The present invention relates to an agrochemical granular composition, which is an agrochemical granular composition containing an agrochemical active ingredient and a poorly water-soluble or water-insoluble synthetic resin, which can be produced efficiently and simply, and reduces phytotoxicity. Moreover, the present invention relates to an agrochemical granular composition having a long-lasting medicinal effect and an agrochemical mixed preparation.
Conventionally, for the purpose of making it easy to use and fully exhibiting the control effect, a mixture of agrochemical active ingredients added with a binder and extender is kneaded with a small amount of water and then pulverized into a granulator and then granulated with a granulator. Compositions (granules) are known.
Examples of such compositions include those obtained by granulating the inner core and then granulating again (Patent Document 1), those prepared separately from an agrochemical active ingredient and a resin coating (Patent Document 2), waxes and carriers. A composition composed of (Patent Document 3) and the like are known.
However, in many cases, it has been necessary to prepare an agrochemical formulation through a complicated process in order to control the elution of an agrochemical active ingredient and to provide an effect of enhancing the sustainability of its efficacy.
Therefore, it has been desired to develop a new agrochemical granular composition that can be produced more efficiently and easily and has a long-lasting medicinal effect.
On the other hand, when applying a pesticide granular composition containing a pesticide active ingredient having a relatively high water solubility, the pesticide active ingredient easily flows out due to rain water or the like, and it is difficult to control the elution of the pesticide active ingredient. In many cases, the effectiveness cannot be utilized effectively. In such a case, plants absorb pesticidal active ingredients at a high concentration, which is likely to cause phytotoxicity.
Therefore, it has been desired to develop an agrochemical formulation having reduced efficacy and stable efficacy even in an agrochemical granular composition containing an agrochemical active ingredient having a relatively high water solubility.
In relation to the present invention,
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described prior art, and can be produced efficiently and simply, and can reduce phytotoxicity, and further can maintain the medicinal effect for a long period of time. It is an object to provide a mixed preparation.
As a result of diligent research to solve the above problems, the present inventor has found that a synthetic resin having a solubility in 100 g of water at 20 ° C. of 1 g or less, even when using an agrochemical active ingredient having a saturated solubility in water of 25 ° C. of 500 ppm or more By using a mineral carrier, an agrochemical granular composition can be produced efficiently and simply, and the obtained agrochemical granular composition has been found to reduce phytotoxicity and to maintain its medicinal effect for a long period of time. It came to be completed.

The following dissolution test was performed using the agricultural chemical granular compositions of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5.
As shown in FIG. 1, 200 mg of the active ingredient amount of each agricultural chemical granular composition (3) 1 Place on filter paper (1) and pour 5 ml of internal standard aqueous solution (1000 ppm aqueous solution of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate). This is repeated 10 times in total and collected in the test tube (2). The content of acetamiprid contained in the collected liquid was measured by HPLC under the conditions shown below, and the component amount of each collected liquid was measured. The elution rate of each collected liquid was calculated with the concentration when the agrochemical active ingredient was completely eluted as the elution rate of 100%.
