Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つのケーブル要素(2)、少なくとも1つのはんだ接合部(12)、少なくとも1つのホットメルト要素(22)および少なくとも1つの基材要素(8)を有して成る電気要素(1)であって、ケーブル要素は、少なくとも1つの導電部材(4)を有し、基材要素(8)は、少なくとも1つのはんだ接合部(12)を介して導電部材(4)に電気的に接続される少なくとも1つの電気部材(10)を有し、少なくとも1つのはんだ接合部(12)は、ホットメルト要素(22)に埋設されないことを特徴とする電気要素。
- ホットメルト要素(22)は、ホットメルト材料から作られること、ならびにはんだ接合部(12)は、ホットメルト材料によって覆われないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気要素(1)。
- ホットメルト要素(22)は、ケーブル要素(2)と基材要素(8)との間に配置されていて、基材要素(8)上の少なくとも1つのはんだ接合部(12)にまでさらに延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気要素(1)。
- 基材要素(8)の後方端部(16)は、ホットメルト要素(22)に隣接し、後方端部(16)は、ケーブル要素(2)の方向に向くことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気要素(1)。
- 基材要素(8)の後方端部(16)は、ホットメルト要素(22)に結合され、後方端部(16)は、ケーブル要素(2)の方向に向くことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の電気要素(1)。
- 基材要素(8)の後方端部(16)は、ホットメルト要素(22)中に延在し、後方端部(16)は、ケーブル要素(2)の方向に向くことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の電気要素(1)。
