Description
Claims (4)
- 生体内の骨の周囲に締結部材を固定するための装置であって、前記装置は、
第一近位開口部から第一遠位開口部に向かって、長手方向に延伸する第一ルーメンであり、締結部材をスライド可能に受入するように寸法化され且つ形状化された、第一ルーメンと、第二近位開口部から第二遠位開口部に向かって、前記第一ルーメンと実質的に平行して延伸する第二ルーメンであり、第二遠位開口部の直径および前記第二ルーメンの遠位部分は前記第二ルーメンの近位部分の直径よりも大きい、第二ルーメンと、を備えた、クリンプ本体と、
前記第二ルーメンの遠位部分内に挿入されるように寸法化された挿入部であり、挿入部のルーメンは、前記挿入部が前記第二ルーメンの遠位部分内に完全に受入される際、前記挿入部を通って前記第二ルーメンの近位部分と一直線になりながら延伸し、前記挿入部の遠位の頭部は、近位端の最大直径から遠位端の最小直径に向かって先細りになる外面を備え、前記挿入部は、クリンプ本体に対して締結部材を係止するように、挿入される前記締結部材を圧壊可能であり、且つ前記締結部材に所望の張力を維持する、挿入部と、
を具備する、装置。 - 前記第二ルーメンの遠位部分内への挿入のために寸法化された圧壊部材であり、前記圧壊部材が、延伸する先細りになったルーメンを画定し、前記先細りになったルーメンが、挿入部の頭部を受入するように寸法化され且つ形状化されて、前記圧壊部材を前記挿入部の前記頭部に対して近位に前進させることにより、挿入された締結部材に対して前記挿入部の頭部を半径方向内側に圧壊する力を加え、前記第二ルーメンの遠位部分の内面がねじ切りされており、且つ前記挿入部のねじ切りされた近位端と係合するように構成され、そして前記圧壊部材の外面が、前記前記圧壊部材の第一方向の回転により前記圧壊部材を前記第二ルーメン内に近位に前進させるように配向された対応するねじ山を備え、且つ前記圧壊部材の遠端が前記圧壊部材を前記挿入部の前記頭部に対して前記第二ルーメン内に近位に、回転可能に駆動させるための器具と係合するように構成されたソケットを備える、圧壊部材、をさらに具備する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部の前記頭部が、前記頭部を通って近位に延伸する複数のスロットにより互いから分離される複数のアームとして形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記締結部材が、開口溝として形成された前記第一ルーメン内への通過を回避するように寸法化された、拡張された近位端を備えるケーブルである、請求項1に記載の装置。
