(ii)希土類元素(ただし、セリウム及びテルビウムを除く)、イットリウム及びスカンジウムからなる群から選択されるカチオンを含む二次酸化物と
を含有する材料を含んでおり、前記材料が5体積%未満の全体気孔率を有しており、当該物品(200)が凝縮器である、物品(200)。 - 前記コーティング(202)がさらに表面テクスチャー(206)を含む、請求項1記載の物品(200)。
- 前記一次酸化物がセリウム及びハフニウムからなる群から選択されるカチオンを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の物品(200)。
- 前記二次酸化物がランタン、プラセオジム及びネオジムからなる群から選択されるカチオンを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の物品(200)。
- 前記一次酸化物が酸化セリウムを含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の物品(200)。
- 前記二次酸化物が酸化ランタンを含む、請求項5記載の物品(200)。
- セリウムカチオンが材料中に存在するカチオンの25モル%以上をなす、請求項6記載の物品(200)。
- 前記二次酸化物が酸化プラセオジムを含む、請求項5記載の物品(200)。
- セリウムカチオンが材料中に存在するカチオンの7モル%以上をなす、請求項8記載の物品(200)。
- 前記二次酸化物が酸化ネオジムを含む、請求項5記載の物品(200)。
- セリウムカチオンが材料中に存在するカチオンの20モル%以上をなす、請求項10記載の物品(200)。
- 前記一次酸化物が2種以上の酸化物を含み、各酸化物がセリウム、テルビウム及びハフニウムからなる群から選択されるカチオンを含む、請求項1記載の物品(200)。
- 一次酸化物カチオンモル分率対二次酸化物カチオンモル分率の比が1である、請求項12記載の物品(200)。
- 前記材料が化学式:S2Z2-xZ’xO7±y[式中のSは二次酸化物のすべてのカチオンを示し、Z及びZ’はそれぞれ一次酸化物のカチオンを示し、yは1未満の数、xは0.01〜1.99の範囲の数である]で表される組成を有する、請求項13記載の物品(200)。
- Sがランタンを含み、Zがセリウムであり、Z’がハフニウムである、請求項14記載の物品(200)。
- 基体(204)上にコーティング(202)を成膜することを含む、凝縮器(500)の保護方法であって、
前記コーティング(202)が、
(i)セリウム、テルビウム及びハフニウムからなる群から選択されるカチオンを含む一次酸化物と、
(ii)希土類元素(ただし、セリウム及びテルビウムを除く)、イットリウム及びスカンジウムからなる群から選択されるカチオンを含む二次酸化物と
を含有する材料を含んでおり、前記材料が5体積%未満の全体気孔率を有する、方法。 - 前記コーティングが無線周波数(RF)マグネトロンスパッタリングによって成膜される、請求項16記載の方法。
