Claims (8)
- ゲートラインとデータライン及び高電位電圧ラインに接続された画素回路、及び上記画素回路に接続されたアノード電極と低電位電圧が供給されるカソード電極層の間に形成された発光セルを有する複数の画素、上記複数の画素それぞれの高電位電圧ラインの一側に共通に連結された第1共通高電位電圧ライン、上記複数の画素それぞれの高電位電圧ラインの他側に共通に連結された第2共通高電位電圧ライン、上記第1及び 第2共通高電位電圧ラインそれぞれに連結された高電位電圧パッドと上記データラインに連結されたデータパッドを含む第1パッド部、及び上記ゲートラインに連結されたゲートパッドと上記カソード電極層に電気的に接続される低電位電圧パッドを含む第2パッド部を含む表示パネル;
上記第1パッド部に接続され、上記第1パッド部の高電位電圧パッドを通じて上記第1及び第2共通高電位電圧ラインに高電位電圧を供給する複数の第1軟性回路フィルム;
上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムそれぞれに実装され、上記第1パッド部のデータパッドを通じて上記データラインにデータ信号を供給する複数の第1駆動集積回路;
上記第2パッド部に接続され、上記第2パッド部を通じて上記カソード電極層に上記低電位電圧を供給する複数の第2軟性回路フィルム;及び
上記複数の第2軟性回路フィルムそれぞれに実装され、上記第2パッド部のゲートパッドを通じて上記ゲートラインにゲート信号を供給する複数の第2駆動集積回路を含んで構成され、
上記第1共通高電位電圧ラインは上記表示パネルの第1非表示領域に形成され、上記第2共通高電位電圧ラインは上記第1非表示領域と並んだ上記表示パネルの第2非表示領域に形成され、
上記第1パッド部は上記表示パネルの第1及び第2非表示領域に形成され、
上記第2パッド部は互いに並んだ上記表示パネルの第3及び第4非表示領域に形成されることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムに接続されて上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムに上記高電位電圧を供給し、上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムのうち一部と上記表示パネルを通じて上記複数の第2軟性回路フィルムに上記低電位電圧を供給する印刷回路基板をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 上記第1パッド部は、上記高電位電圧パッドの両側に形成されて上記低電位電圧が供給される複数のダミー低電位電圧パッドをさらに含み、
上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムそれぞれは、上記複数のダミー低電位電圧パッドに接続されたダミー低電位電圧供給ラインに供給される上記低電位電圧を、上記複数のダミー低電位電圧パッドに追加に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムに接続されて上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムに上記高電位電圧と上記低電位電圧を供給し、上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムのうち一部と上記表示パネルを通じて上記複数の第2軟性回路フィルムに上記低電位電圧を供給する印刷回路基板をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 上記表示パネルは、上記複数の第2軟性回路フィルムそれぞれから上記低電位電圧パッドに供給される上記低電位電圧を上記カソード電極層に供給する複数のカソード接続部をさらに含み、
上記複数のカソード接続部それぞれは、
上記カソード電極層の縁部部分に重畳するように上記低電位電圧パッドに連結された低電位電圧電極;及び
上記カソード電極層の縁部部分と上記低電位電圧電極を電気的に接続させるためのカソードコンタクトホールを含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 上記表示パネルは、上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムそれぞれから上記ダミー低電位電圧パッドに供給される上記低電位電圧を上記カソード電極層に供給する複数のダミーカソード接続部をさらに含み、
上記複数のダミーカソード接続部それぞれは、
上記カソード電極層の縁部部分に重畳するように上記ダミー低電位電圧パッドに連結されたダミー低電位電圧電極;及び
上記カソード電極層の縁部部分と上記ダミー低電位電圧電極を電気的に接続させるためのダミーカソードコンタクトホールを含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムに上記高電位電圧を供給する第1印刷回路基板;及び
上記複数の第2軟性回路フィルムに上記低電位電圧を供給する第2印刷回路基板をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または5に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 上記複数の第1軟性回路フィルムに上記高電位電圧及び上記低電位電圧を供給する第1印刷回路基板;及び
上記複数の第2軟性回路フィルムに上記低電位電圧を供給する第2印刷回路基板をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
