With the
In the above description, the
Further, in the above, the solid metal mesh plate 1 is attached to the
Incidentally, as described above, in this embodiment, the coils are arranged in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. However, as a method of arranging the coils in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, as shown in FIG. Closely arranged, that is, all longitudinal coils are entangled with adjacent longitudinal coils and
Further, the method of providing the gap is not limited to the above method, and for example, by gradually changing the method of providing the gap, the upper visibility is gradually increased and the lower visibility is gradually decreased. A technique of providing gradation may also be used.
Unlike the present embodiment, when the coils are arranged in an oblique direction rather than a longitudinal and lateral direction, a gap can be provided in the oblique direction as described above.
The above-mentioned “arranging a plurality of coils by intertwining them in the same plane” means that, for example, coils 22 a and 22 b provided adjacent in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG. 2 and the
In the present embodiment, a coil group arranged in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG. 2A and a coil group arranged in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. Further entanglement is performed at each of the entanglement positions 22i and 21i (overlapping entanglement forms the overlapping entanglement position 20ip), thereby configuring the solid metal mesh plate 1. For this reason, when viewed from the direction orthogonal to the flat plate surface, as shown in FIG. 4, the stitches forming a substantially rectangular shape are inclined by approximately 45 ° with respect to the vertical / horizontal directions. For this reason, the total number of stitches is reduced (= the total area of the stitches is widened) when compared with a solid wire mesh plate in which the stitches are configured so as not to be inclined and the vertical and horizontal sizes of the solid metal mesh plates are the same. Visibility on the opposite side of the solid metal mesh plate is improved. Refer to FIGS. 5A and 5B for the specific mode of the overlapping entanglement position 20ip.
Further, in the present embodiment, as a result of configuring the solid metal mesh plate 1 as described above, as described above, “the axial cores 21AX (21AXa, 21AXb of the coils 21 (21a, 21b) arranged in the vertical direction”. FIG. 2 (b) is substantially matched with the axis of the line-of-
In the above, the case where it is provided along the edge of the roadway or provided on the median strip is described, but the present invention is not limited to such a case, for example, as a protective fence such as an edge of a ship deck. It can also be used as a guard fence for circuit fields. In a circuit field or the like, sufficient elasticity may be imparted by using reinforced rubber as a coil wire, thereby further improving safety.
In the above, a configuration example using a stainless steel coil has been described. Of course, other metal coils, as well as resin, rubber, carbon fiber, or other fiber reinforcing materials, or a combination thereof are used. A coil made of a material or a composite material (eg, a composite material of metal and reinforced rubber) may be used. Moreover, you may comprise combining these in the suitable site | part in a solid net | network board. Alternatively, the coil may be configured as a hollow pipe, and hot water, heated steam, or the like may be passed therethrough as a countermeasure against snow accumulation in winter.
In the above description, the size / pitch of the stitches and the size (thickness / diameter) of the wire are not mentioned, but may be set to appropriate values depending on the required strength and the like. Also, these values may be gradually changed to provide an appropriate gradation for visibility.
Further, in the above description, excellent shock absorbing performance is achieved by the solid wire netting plate 1, but shock absorbing performance may be further improved by arranging an impact absorbing material inside the solid metal netting plate 1.
Moreover, in the above, the rod-shaped member of the support is inserted into the line-of-sight hole of the solid wire netting plate and engaged with the solid wire netting plate, but the line-of-sight hole can also be used for other purposes. For example, a road sign can be easily installed by inserting a post of a road sign.
