Description
(1)製造されるフォームの少なくとも一種の予備縮合物と、少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤とを含む溶液又は分散液を製造する工程、
(2)少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤を有するフォームを得るために、工程(1)の溶液又は分散液を加熱することにより前記予備縮合物を発泡させる工程、及び
(3)工程(2)で得られたフォームを120〜300℃の温度範囲で加熱処理する工程、
を含む。
工程(1):
本発明の方法の工程(1)は、製造されるフォームの少なくとも一種の予備縮合物と、少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤とを含む溶液又は分散液の製造を含む。
工程(2):
本発明の方法の工程(2)は、少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤を含むフォームを得るために、工程(1)からの溶液又は分散液を加熱することによる予備縮合物を発泡を含む。
本発明の方法の工程(2)で得られたフォームが、本発明の方法の工程(3)で、120〜300℃の温度範囲で加熱処理される。
−抗菌活性試薬はフォームの特性、例えば、構造、機械的特性、摩損性に悪影響を示さず、
−本発明により製造されるフォームは一般に生理学的に安全とみなされており、
−本発明により製造されるフォームは耐久性があり、抗菌活性剤が長期間活性を維持し、
−本発明により製造されるフォームは、もし無機化合物が抗菌活性剤として使用されれば、200℃の高い持続的使用温度の加熱の後でも活性を維持し、
−使用される抗菌活性剤が無機物である時、その元素金属の量は非常に少なく、及び/又はその粒子が非常に小さいので、本発明により製造されるフォームは、極超短波中で使用される時でも干渉しない。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤を含むメラニン−ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物に基くフォームの製造方法であって、
前記少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤が、銀塩、銅塩、亜鉛塩、及びクロロイソシアヌレート、四級アンモニウム化合物、ヒダントイン、クロロメチルイソチアゾリノン、パラベン、トリクロサン、2−ブロモ−2−ニトロプロパン−1,3−ジオール、フェノキシエタノール、ヘキサヒドロトリアジンから選択される有機殺菌剤、及びそれらの混合物から選択され、
以下の工程:
(1)製造されるフォームの少なくとも一種の予備縮合物と少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤とを含む溶液又は分散液を製造する工程、
(2)少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤を含むフォームを得る為に、工程(1)の溶液又は分散液の加熱により前記予備縮合物を発泡させる工程、及び
(3)工程(2)で得られたフォームを120〜300℃の温度で加熱処理する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする、フォームの製造方法。 - 工程(1)の溶液が、さらに少なくとも一種の乳化剤、及び/又は少なくとも一種の硬化剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(1)の溶液又は分散液が、さらに少なくとも一種の発泡剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱が、高温ガス又は高周波放射線を介して行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤が、前記予備縮合物に対して0.0001〜10質量%の範囲の量で溶液又は分散液中に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に基く方法により得られるフォームであって、
少なくとも一種の抗菌活性剤が、銀塩、銅塩、亜鉛塩、及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とするフォーム。 - 請求項6に記載のフォームを含む成形品。
- 建物及びその一部の断熱及び防音のため、陸、空、及び海の乗り物の内部の断熱及び防音のため、低温断熱のため、外壁被覆材の絶縁材として、包装材料の絶縁材及び衝撃吸収材として、研磨による洗浄、グラインディング、及び研磨スポンジとして、衛生分野で、及びろ過材として、の請求項6に記載のフォームの使用方法。
