Claims (5)
- 一面に開口を有し、該開口の縁を対象面に密着させることにより密閉された空間を形成可能な筐体と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、前記対象面に空気を吹き付け可能な空気吹付け部と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、筐体内を浮遊する被捕集物質を捕集可能な捕集部とを備え、
前記空気吹付け部は、前記対象面と対向するように軸方向に複数の孔が形成された多孔管と、前記多孔管内に空気を供給する空気供給装置とを備え、
前記多孔管は、空気の吹き付け方向を経時的に変更することにより前記筐体の前記開口の範囲に空気を吹き付け可能に構成されている
ことを特徴とする風圧飛散捕集装置。 - 前記捕集部は、前記筐体の開口に対し、前記空気吹付け部よりも離れた位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の風圧飛散捕集装置。 - 前記捕集部は、前記筐体内の空気を吸引可能な吸引装置と接続されており、該吸引装置によって吸引された空気中に含有する被捕集物質を捕集するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の風圧飛散捕集装置。 - 前記捕集部は、粉塵を捕集可能な粉塵捕集部材を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載の風圧飛散捕集装置。 - 前記捕集部は、ガスが吸着可能なガス吸着部材を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載の風圧飛散捕集装置。
