Description
ここで、安定な石鹸は、空気の同伴を大きくし石膏ボードスラリーでの使用量を少くするように開発された安定したと、不安定な石鹸は、容積の嵩張る泡を作り、石膏スラリーと接触したときに不安定になる泡形成剤の界面活性剤である。
泡の安定性を調べる試験は、脱イオン水および“硬“水源から得た水を用いて行った。この例での硬水源は、石灰鉱山から汲み上げられたもので、カルシウムとサルフェートが飽和している。この水の分析値を表2に示す。
第2の試験は、硬水試料に対して、この安定な石鹸(FA−403石鹸)と共にCA−330石鹸を使用して実施した。FA−403石鹸は、組成物の疎水性部として炭素数8のアルキル鎖と炭素数10のアルキル鎖の両方を有していて、炭素数8のアルキル鎖が約40%、炭素数10のアルキル鎖が約60%である。CA−330石鹸は、プラントで代表的に使用される他の石鹸と近似した固形分パーセントであるので、ここで使用した。
Claims (10)
- 焼成石膏と水を混合して石膏スラリーを作り、鉱物分濃度がカルシウムとして少なくとも300mg/Lである硬水中で安定な泡を加えるステップを含む硬水での石膏スラリーの形成方法であって、
前記泡が、水、空気および界面活性剤でなり、前記界面活性剤が、分子中に平均0.2から3.0個のエトキシ基を含む親水性部と、炭素数8のアルキル鎖が20%から60%、炭素数10のアルキル鎖が20%から60%、炭素数12のアルキル鎖が14%から36%、および炭素数14のアルキル鎖が2%から20%で分布した疎水性部を有してなることを特徴とする石膏スラリーの形成方法。 - 前記界面活性剤が、予め混合された石鹸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏スラリーの形成方法。
- 前記安定な泡を加えるステップは、さらに、より大きな泡コアの形成を促す添加剤を加えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏スラリーの形成方法。
- 前記添加剤が、澱粉、ポリカルボキシレートエーテル分散剤、ナフタレンスルホネート分散剤、あるいはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の石膏スラリーの形成方法。
- 焼成石膏に加えられて石膏スラリーを作る水が、鉱物分濃度がカルシウムとして少なくとも300mg/Lである硬水であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏スラリーの形成方法。
- 空気と前記界面活性剤と一緒にして泡を作る水が、鉱物分濃度がカルシウムとして少なくとも300mg/Lである硬水であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏スラリーの形成方法。
- a)焼成石膏と、b)前記焼成石膏に加えられて石膏スラリーを形成する鉱物分濃度がカルシウムとして少なくとも300mg/Lである硬水と、およびc)水、空気、および分子中に平均0.2から3.0個のエトキシ基を有する親水性部と、炭素数8のアルキル鎖が20%から60%、炭素数10のアルキル鎖が20%から60%、炭素数12のアルキル鎖が14%から36%、および炭素数14のアルキル鎖が2%から20%で分布した疎水性部を有してなる界面活性剤を混合して形成され、前記硬水中で安定であり、前記石膏スラリーに加えられる泡と、で構成されて、前記硬水の存在下で形成された石膏パネルであって、
前記泡の入った石膏スラリーが前面と後面それぞれの間で硬化されて、硬化された前面と後面が、仕上げ加工されることを特徴とする石膏パネル。 - 前記焼成石膏に加えられて石膏スラリーを形成する水が、硬水であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記界面活性剤が、予め混合された石鹸であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記石膏スラリーは、さらに、より大きな泡コアの形成を促す添加剤を加えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の石膏パネル。
