Claims (8)
- 産業用機械において、動作時に流体冷却剤の所望の温度よりもかなり高い温度にある空間を通って流体冷却剤を輸送するように構成されている中空通路(30)であって、該中通通路(300)が0.03未満の放射率を持つ外面を有しており、前記産業用機械がガスタービン・エンジン(100)であり、前記中空通路(30)が、圧縮機(106)から抽出された圧縮空気をタービン(110)内の所定の場所へ輸送するように構成されている、中空通路(30)。
- 前記中空通路(30)が壁(34)によって囲まれた内部流路(32)と、前記壁(34)の外面を覆う外面被覆(36)とを有し、前記外面被覆(36)が0.03未満の放射率を持つ前記外面を構成する材料で形成されている、請求項1記載の中空通路(30)。
- 前記外面被覆(36)が、カドミウム、クロム、研磨銅、銅ニッケル合金、電気めっきニッケル、研磨ニッケル、プラチナ、銀、研磨銀、未酸化錫、研磨タングステン、及び金から選択される1種類を含む、請求項2記載の中空通路(30)。
- 前記中空通路(30)がパージ用空気送出パイプ(144)である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の中空通路。
- 動作時に中空通路(30)を通しての流体冷却剤の供給が低下した温度で行われるように産業用機械を構成する方法であって、当該方法が、
a)中空通路(30)のうち、流体冷却剤の所望の温度よりもかなり高い温度にある空間を通して流体冷却剤が輸送される部分を識別する段階と、
b)中空通路(30)のうちの少なくとも流体冷却剤の所望の温度よりもかなり高い温度にある空間を通して流体冷却剤が輸送される部分として識別された部分について、中空通路(30)の外面が0.03未満の放射率を持つように中空通路(30)を構成する段階と
を含んでおり、前記産業用機械がガスタービン・エンジン(100)であり、前記中空通路(30)が、圧縮機(106)から抽出された圧縮空気をタービン(110)内の所定の場所へ輸送するように構成される、方法。 - 前記中空通路(30)を壁(34)によって囲まれた内部流路(32)と、前記壁(34)の外面を覆う外面被覆(36)とで構成し、0.03未満の放射率を持つ前記外面を構成する材料で前記外面被覆(36)を形成する、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記外面被覆(36)が、カドミウム、クロム、研磨銅、銅ニッケル合金、電気めっきニッケル、研磨ニッケル、プラチナ、銀、研磨銀、未酸化錫、研磨タングステン、及び金から選択される1種類を含む、請求項5又は請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記中空通路(30)がパージ用空気送出パイプ(144)である、請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
