Description
Claims (7)
- 放射線感知検出器アレイであって:
撮像システムに対して、z軸方向に沿って延在し、且つx軸方向に沿ってアライメントされた、複数の検出器モジュールを有し、
前記検出器モジュールのうちの少なくとも1つは、
モジュールバックボーン;及び
ネジ山付きでない固定部材を介して前記モジュールバックボーンに結合された少なくとも1つの検出器タイルであり、2次元検出器と、撮像システムの焦点にフォーカシングされた2次元散乱線除去グリッドとを含む少なくとも1つの検出器タイル;
を含み、
前記2次元検出器は少なくともベース層を含み、前記ベース層は第1及び第2の部分部材を含み、前記第1の部分部材は第1の面及び第2の面を有し、前記第1の部分部材は前記第1の面においてネジ山付きの固定部材によって前記モジュールバックボーンに結合され、前記第2の部分部材は前記タイルの一部であり、前記第2の部分部材は、前記ネジ山付きの固定部材によって前記モジュールバックボーンに結合された前記第1の部分部材の上に、該第1の部分部材の前記第2の面と前記ネジ山付きでない固定部材によって結合されることで、取り付けられる、
検出器アレイ。 - 前記2次元検出器は:
前記2次元散乱線除去グリッドに結合されたシンチレータ層;
前記シンチレータ層に結合された光センサ層;及び
前記光センサ層に結合された電子装置を備えた基板層;
を有し、
前記ベース層は前記基板層に結合されている、
請求項1に記載の検出器アレイ。 - 前記ネジ山付きでない固定部材は熱伝導性接着剤である、請求項1又は2に記載の検出器アレイ。
- 前記ネジ山付きでない固定部材は、前記タイルの前記ベース層を前記モジュールバックボーンに結合している、請求項2又は3に記載の検出器アレイ。
- 前記ネジ山付きでない固定部材は、前記タイルと前記モジュールバックボーンとの間の所定の距離を充填するように適応可能である、請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の検出器アレイ。
- 前記ネジ山付きでない固定部材は、前記モジュールバックボーンにおける前記タイルの所定のアライメントに従って適応する適応可能な厚さを有する、請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の検出器アレイ。
- 前記2次元散乱線除去グリッドは、アライメント装置を用いて前記焦点にフォーカシングされる、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の検出器アレイ。
