Description
以下に、出願当初の特許請求の範囲の内容を付記する。
[1]プレハブ式および現場建ての部品を用いて現場で保冷容器を建てるハイブリッド法であって、
少なくとも一つの塔を基礎に実質的に垂直な向きで固定し、
前記少なくとも一つの塔のすぐ近くにおいて、パイプラックモジュールを前記基礎に実質的に垂直な向きで固定し、
相互連結配管を前記パイプラックモジュールと前記少なくとも一つの塔との間に取り付け、
少なくとも四つのコーナー柱材を、前記基礎の端部に実質的に垂直な向きで固定し、
前記塔および配管の周りに囲いを作るように、補強とともに複数のプレハブ式パネルを前記コーナー柱材に取り付け、
屋根を前記囲いに取り付ける、という複数のステップを具備する方法。
[2]前記パイプラックモジュールが前もって作られた[1]に記載の方法。
[3]前記パイプラックモジュールが、制御弁、手動弁、サンプル接続部、配管、バルブアクチュエータを有する前もってカットされたパネル、計装、蒸気堰、照明、はしごおよびプラットホーム、事前に配線された接続箱、機器/電気ケーブルトレー、配管支持具、交換箱へのダクト、およびポンプモジュールからなるグループから選ばれた一つ以上の要素を備える[1]に記載の方法。
[4]前記少なくとも一つの塔は、ウェースライン、セパレータポット、大きい安全弁ラインからなるグループから選ばれた一つ以上の要素を備える[1]に記載の方法。
[5]第2のパイプラックモジュールをさらに備える[1]に記載の方法。
[6]前記第2のパイプラックモジュールが、ウェースライン、セパレータポット、大きい安全弁ラインからなるグループから選ばれた一つ以上の要素を備える[5]に記載の方法。
[7]前記プレハブ式パネルがボルト締めによって前記コーナー柱材に取り付けられる[1]に記載の方法。
[8]前記プレハブ式パネルが垂直にまたは水平につなげられる[1]に記載の方法。
[9]前記プレハブ式パネルがボルトで前記基礎の端部に、又は隣接するプレハブ式パネルに取り付けられる[8]に記載の方法。
Claims (9)
- プレハブ式および現場建ての部品を用いて現場で保冷容器およびその内部要素を建てるハイブリッド法であって、
少なくとも一つの塔を基礎に実質的に垂直な向きで固定し、
少なくとも四つのコーナー柱材を、前記基礎の端部に実質的に垂直な向きで固定し、
前記塔および配管の周りに囲いを作るように、補強とともに複数のプレハブ式パネルを前記コーナー柱材に取り付け、
屋根を前記囲いに取り付ける、という複数のステップを具備し、
前記少なくとも一つの塔のすぐ近くにおいて、パイプラックモジュールを前記基礎に実質的に垂直な向きで固定し、
相互連結配管を前記パイプラックモジュールと前記少なくとも一つの塔との間に取り付ける、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記パイプラックモジュールが前もって作られた請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記パイプラックモジュールが、制御弁、手動弁、サンプル接続部、配管、バルブアクチュエータを有する前もってカットされたパネル、計装、蒸気堰、照明、はしごおよびプラットホーム、事前に配線された接続箱、機器/電気ケーブルトレー、配管支持具、交換箱へのダクト、およびポンプモジュールからなるグループから選ばれた一つ以上の要素を備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの塔は、排水ライン、セパレータポット、大きい安全弁ラインからなるグループから選ばれた一つ以上の要素を備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- さらに第2のパイプラックモジュールを取り付ける、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のパイプラックモジュールが、排水ライン、セパレータポット、大きい安
全弁ラインからなるグループから選ばれた一つ以上の要素を備える請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記プレハブ式パネルがボルト締めによって前記コーナー柱材に取り付けられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プレハブ式パネルが垂直にまたは水平につなげられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プレハブ式パネルがボルトで前記基礎の端部に、又は隣接するプレハブ式パネルに取り付けられる請求項8に記載の方法。
