Description

The present invention relates to a cushioning member that is accommodated in a packaging box such as a carton box, and when the packaging box drops, mitigates the impact on the object placed in the packaging box, and the packaging box using the cushioning member. It relates to the packing structure housed inside.

Conventionally, a medical container package in which a plurality of soft medical containers are packed has been proposed (see Patent Document 1). In this medical packaging body, a bottom plate member (buffer member) having a flap portion (foot plate portion) is placed so that the flap portion comes into contact with the bottom portion of the packaging box body, and the flap is longer than the flap portion of the bottom plate member. A structure in which an intermediate plate member having a portion (foot plate portion) is placed in the packaging box body such that the flap portion is inserted between the flap portion of the bottom plate member and the inner wall of the packaging box body and comes into contact with the bottom portion It has become. Then, a plurality of medical containers are stacked on the upper plate portion (support plate portion) of the bottom plate member so that a gap is formed between the upper plate portion (support plate portion) of the middle plate member, A plurality of medical containers are stacked on the upper plate portion of the middle plate member.

According to such a medical container package, since the load of the medical container stacked on the intermediate plate member (buffer member) is not applied to the medical container stacked on the bottom plate member, the package is dropped. In this case, the load of the medical container stacked on the intermediate plate member can be absorbed by the intermediate plate member. In addition, since a gap is formed between the medical container stacked on the bottom plate member (buffer member) and the upper plate portion (support plate portion) of the middle plate member, when the package is dropped Even if the middle plate member is deformed by the weight of the medical container, it is difficult to reach the medical container in which the deformed portion of the middle plate member is stacked on the bottom plate member. For this reason, the load of the medical container overlaid on the bottom plate member (buffer member) is effectively applied to the bottom plate member without applying the load of the medical container placed on the middle plate member at the time of dropping. It can be absorbed at.

By the way, in the conventional cushioning member used as the bottom plate member or the middle plate member in the above-described packing body, the flap portion (foot plate portion) continues downward from all the edges of the rectangular upper plate portion (support plate portion). It has a trapezoidal structure. Such a trapezoidal buffer member is formed by bending an upper plate portion (support plate portion) supported by a peripheral edge by a flap portion (foot plate portion) by a load of an object (medical container) placed thereon. , The impact on the object is reduced.

Japanese Patent Application No. 2007-20710

However, at each corner portion of the rectangular upper plate portion (support plate portion) in the conventional cushioning member, two flap portions (foot plate portions) that continue downward from two orthogonal edges collide with each other and are adjacent to each other. Since the structure is supported by two flap portions (foot plate portions), sufficient deflection cannot be obtained. For this reason, in the conventional buffer member, it is difficult to obtain an effective buffer action at each corner portion.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, and provides the buffer member which can acquire an effective buffer action also in a corner part.
Moreover, this invention provides the packing structure using such a buffer member.

The packing structure according to the present invention is an object that is formed by cutting out the vicinity of all four corner portions of a rectangle and having a hypotenuse extending from one edge to the other edge sandwiching each corner portion. A package that contains an object in a packaging box using a cushioning member formed in a trapezoidal shape by a support plate portion on which the base plate is to be placed and a foot plate portion extending downward from each edge except for each oblique side of the support plate portion A plurality of cushioning members having different heights of the foot plate portion, the lower end of the foot plate portion is in contact with the bottom portion of the packaging box, and a space for accommodating the object is provided between the support plate portions. A plurality of the objects are arranged side by side and placed on each support plate portion so as to form.

With such a configuration, in each of all four corner portions of the rectangular support plate portion in each buffer member , the hypotenuse formed by cutting out the vicinity of the corner portion cannot be supported by the foot plate portion. All corner portions of the support plate portion are more easily bent.

Furthermore, in the packaging structure according to the present invention, each of the two foot plate portions that continue downward from the two edges that sandwich the oblique side of the cushioning member may have an extension that extends beyond the oblique side. .

With such a configuration, since the foot plate portion that supports the support plate portion becomes longer at the corner portion where the hypotenuse in each buffer member is formed, the portion can bear a larger load.

Moreover, the packing structure which concerns on this invention WHEREIN : The front-end | tip of the extension part of the said 2 foot-plate part in each buffer member can be set as the structure mutually contact | abutted.

With such a configuration, it becomes possible to withstand a greater load at the corner portion where the hypotenuse is formed in each cushioning member, and the tips of the two foot plates that continue downward from the two sides sandwiching the hypotenuse are mutually connected. Since the corners are formed by abutting, the rattling when the buffer member is accommodated in the packaging box can be reduced.

Furthermore, in the packaging structure according to the present invention, the first foot plate portion that continues downward from the first edge joined to one end of the oblique side of the cushioning member extends beyond the oblique side and extends to the first edge of the oblique side. A second foot plate portion having a first extension portion having a predetermined length larger than a length in the extending direction and continuing downward from a second edge extending in a direction orthogonal to the first edge is in a direction in which the second edge extends, It can be set as the structure which has the 2nd extension part of predetermined length extended exceeding the width | variety of the said support plate part.

With such a configuration, in each buffer member, the first extension of the first foot plate portion extending downward from the first edge joined to one end of the oblique side of the support plate portion extends from the first foot plate portion of the oblique side. A second foot plate portion extending downward from a second edge extending in a direction orthogonal to the first edge exceeds a width of the support plate portion in a direction in which the second edge extends. Since the second extension portion having a predetermined length extending in the direction, the first extension portion and the second foot of the first foot plate portion extending in directions orthogonal to each other when the buffer member is put into the packaging box having the rectangular bottom portion. If the tips of the second extension portions of the plate portion are applied to the inner walls orthogonal to the packaging box, the cushioning material can be inserted with a gap between the inner wall of the packaging box.

Moreover, in the packing structure which concerns on this invention, it is set as the structure which notched the vicinity of the corner part by the side of the said 2nd extension part which the said 2nd edge of the said support plate part in the said buffer member joins, and has formed the oblique side. be able to.

With such a configuration, the hypotenuse that the first extension part of the support plate part supported by the first foot plate part having the first extension part and the second foot plate part having the second extension part passes through the first extension part in each buffer member, The two corner portions having the oblique sides beyond the second extension portion are more easily bent.

The packing structure according to the present invention is formed in a trapezoid shape by a support plate portion that is rectangular and on which an object is to be placed, and a foot plate portion that continues downward from each edge of the support plate portion. A packaging structure for accommodating an object in a packaging box using a buffer member in which an oblique slit extending from one edge to the other edge is formed in the vicinity of each corner portion sandwiched between two edges in the portion, A plurality of cushioning members having different heights are arranged so that the lower end of the foot plate part is in contact with the bottom part of the packaging box, and an accommodation space for the object is formed between the support plate parts. And it becomes the structure which mounts the said object in multiple numbers on each support plate part.

With such a configuration, in each buffer member, the support plate portion is cut by an oblique slit from one edge to the other edge in each corner portion of the rectangular support plate portion. A portion near the inside of the oblique slit is more easily bent. Further, since the corner tip portion of the support plate portion remains, it is possible to prevent an object placed on the support plate portion from falling from the corner portion or hanging down. Furthermore, since the corner is formed at the corner portion, it is possible to reduce the rattling when the buffer member is accommodated in the packaging box.

According to the cushioning member of the packing structure according to the present invention, at least each corner portion of the rectangular support plate portion, the oblique side formed by cutting off the corner portion is not supported by the foot plate portion. Since the support plate portion is cut by the slit, the corner portion of the support plate portion is more easily bent, so that an effective buffering action can be obtained even at the corner portion.

As a result, according to the packaging structure according to the present invention, the respective objects can be packaged in the packaging box while each buffer member effectively reduces the impact on the object.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The buffer member according to the first embodiment of the present invention is configured as shown in FIGS. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of the buffer member, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the buffer member viewed from above, and FIG. 3 is a development view of the buffer member.

1, 2, and 3, the buffer member 10 is made of corrugated paper, and includes a support plate portion 11 on which an object is placed, and four foot plate portions that support the support plate portion 11, that is, The first foot plate portion 12a, the second foot plate portion 12b, the third foot plate portion 12c, and the fourth foot plate portion 12d are formed in a table shape. The support plate 11 has a shape having a first oblique side 13a, a second oblique side 13b, a third oblique side 13c, and a fourth oblique side 13d formed by cutting off four rectangular corner portions. The support plate 11 is below the first edge 11a, the second edge 11b, the third edge 11c, and the fourth edge 11d except for the first oblique side 13a, the second oblique side 13b, the third oblique side 13c, and the fourth oblique side 13d. Further, the first foot plate portion 12a, the second foot plate portion 12b, the third foot plate portion 12c, and the fourth foot plate portion 12d are continued.

It should be noted that the holes 14a and 14b for hooking fingers are support plates with the fourth edge 11d sandwiched between the support plate 11 and the second foot plate 12b with the second edge 11b in between. It is formed at a predetermined position in the boundary portion between the portion 11 and the fourth foot plate portion 12d. Thereby, the buffer member 10 can be easily inserted into and removed from the carton box.

Referring to FIG. 4, in the cushioning member 10 having the structure as described above, the support plate portion 11 is supported by the four foot plate portions 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d at the four edges 11a, 11b, 11c, and 11d. Therefore, the central portion Em of the support plate portion 11 having a relatively large distance from each of the foot plate portions 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d can be relatively greatly bent. Further, the four corner portions Ec1, Ec2, Ec3, and Ec4 of the support plate portion 11 are easily bent because the oblique sides 13a, 13b, 13c, and 13d are not supported by the foot plate portions. Therefore, an effective relaxation action can be obtained not only in the central portion Em of the support plate portion 11 but also in the corner portions Ec1, Ec2, Ec3, and Ec4.

An example of a package using the cushioning material 10 having the structure as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 5, this packing body uses two buffer members having the above-described structure (see FIGS. 1 to 3), that is, the first buffer member 10A and the second buffer member 10B. The first buffer member 10A and the second buffer member 10B differ in the area of the support plate portion and the height of each foot plate portion. That is, the support plate portion of the second buffer member 10B is larger than the support plate portion of the first buffer member 10A, and the height of each foot plate portion of the second buffer member 10B is equal to each foot plate portion of the first buffer member 10A. Greater than height. And the rectangular bottom part of the carton box (packaging box) 100 made of corrugated paper is slightly larger than the support plate part of the second buffer member 10B.

First, 10 A of 1st buffer members are stored in the carton box 100 so that it may be located in the approximate center of the bottom part. Then, a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with a spout P are placed on the support plate portion of the first buffer member 10A so as to partially overlap. Next, the second buffer member 10B is placed in the carton box 100 so that each foot plate part of the second buffer member 10B enters the gap between each foot plate part of the first buffer member 10A and the inner wall of the carton box 100. Can be stored. Then, a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with spouts P are placed on the support plate portion of the second buffer member 10B so as to partially overlap. Further, a partition board 50 made of corrugated paper is placed on a plurality of pouches with a spout placed on the second buffer member 10B, and a plurality (for example, six) of pouches with a spout P are placed on the partition board 50. Are placed so that they partially overlap. Finally, the lid of the carton box 100 is closed, and as shown in FIG. 6, a package body in which the pouches with spouts P are stored in three layers in the carton box 100 is completed.

In such a package, the pouch P with three stages of spouts is divided and placed on the first buffer member 10A by one stage and on the second buffer member 10B by two stages. The first buffer member 10A and the second buffer member 10B can sufficiently withstand an impact such as a drop of 100 without being damaged. Further, as described above, the first buffer member 10A and the second buffer member 10B have a structure that is relatively easily bent at the corner portion as well as at the center portion of the support plate portion (see FIGS. 1 to 3). Therefore, when the carton box 100 is dropped, the impact on the pouch P with the spout placed in any part can be effectively reduced. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent damage to the spout pouch P, particularly damage to the spout portion, during the transportation of the package.

In the buffer member 10 described above, the support plate portion 11 on which the object (pouch with spout P) is placed has four oblique sides 13a, 13b, 13c, and 13d formed by cutting off all four corner portions of the rectangle. However, the shape of the support plate portion 11 may be a shape in which at least one corner portion is cut off to form a hypotenuse. In this case, since the corner portion where the oblique side is formed is more easily bent, an effective relaxation action can be obtained at least at the corner portion as well as at the central portion of the support plate portion. In the above-described arrangement of the pouches with spouts P, the impact of dropping or the like is further alleviated by making the pouch part overlap the other pouches for all the pouches P. For example, FIG. In the arrangement shown in FIG. 6, since only the pouch at the left end of the upper row has the spout portion mounted directly on the support plate portion, there is a possibility of receiving a stronger impact than other pouches. In such a case, a hypotenuse where no foot plate portion is formed may be formed only at the corresponding corner portion.

Next, a buffer member according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 7, FIG. 8, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the external appearance of the buffer member, FIG. 8 is a plan view showing the buffer member viewed from above, and FIG. 3 is a development view of the buffer member. The buffer member according to the second embodiment is characterized in that each foot plate portion is extended compared to the buffer member according to the first embodiment described above (see FIGS. 1 to 3). Yes.

7, 8, and 9, the buffer member 20 is made of corrugated paper, and is formed by cutting off four rectangular corner portions, and the first oblique side 23 a, the second oblique side 23 b, the third oblique side 23 c, The support plate portion 21 having a shape having four oblique sides 23d and the first edge 21a, the second edge 21b, the third edge 21c, and the fourth edge 21d excluding the four oblique sides 23a, 23b, 23c, and 23d. The first foot plate portion 22a, the second foot plate portion 22b, the third foot plate portion 22c, and the fourth foot plate portion 22c are formed in a trapezoidal shape. The first foot plate portion 22a and the second foot plate portion 22b extending downward from the first edge 21a and the second edge 21b sandwiching the first oblique side 23a extend beyond the first oblique side 23a until the tips abut against each other. 22ab and extension 22ba. The second foot plate portion 22b and the third foot plate portion 23b continuing downward from the second edge side 21b and the third edge side 21c sandwiching the second oblique side 23b extend beyond the second oblique side 23b until the tips come into contact with each other. 22bb and an extension 22ca. Further, the third foot plate portion 22c and the fourth foot plate portion 22d extending downward from the third edge side 21c and the fourth edge side 21d sandwiching the third oblique side 23c extend beyond the third oblique side 23c until the tips abut against each other. It has an extension part 22cb and an extension part 22da. Further, the fourth foot plate portion 22d and the first foot plate portion 22a continuing downward from the fourth edge side 21d and the first edge side 21a sandwiching the fourth oblique side 23d extend beyond the fourth oblique side 23d until the tips contact each other. It has extension part 22db and extension part 22aa.

As in the buffer member 10 (FIGS. 1 to 3) according to the first embodiment, the holes 24a and 24b for hooking fingers are formed on the support plate portion 21 and the second portion sandwiching the second edge 21b. It is formed at a predetermined position at a boundary portion between the foot plate portion 22b and a predetermined position at a boundary portion between the support plate portion 21 and the fourth foot plate portion 22d with the fourth edge 21d interposed therebetween. Thereby, the buffer member 20 can be easily inserted into and removed from the carton box.

In the buffer member 20 having the structure as described above, the central portion Em of the support plate portion 21 can be relatively largely bent as in the buffer member 10 according to the first embodiment (see FIGS. 1 to 3). The four corner portions of the support plate portion 21 are also easily bent. Therefore, an effective relaxation action can be obtained not only in the central portion of the support plate portion 21 but also in the corner portion thereof. Further, the way of bending at each corner portion where the oblique sides 23a, 23b, 23c, and 23d of the support plate portion 21 are formed is influenced by the extension portions of the two foot plate portions that continue downward from the two edges that sandwich the oblique side. Therefore, the bending can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the corner portion from being bent more than necessary and to withstand a larger load.

In the buffer member 20 described above, in all four corner portions, each of the foot plate portions extending downward from the two edges sandwiching the hypotenuse has an extended portion extending beyond the hypotenuse, In one corner portion, each foot plate portion may have an extended portion. Moreover, the extension part of two footplate parts does not need to extend until the front-end | tip contact | abuts.

Examples of a package using such a buffer member 20 are shown in FIGS. In each of these examples, two buffer members having the above-described structure (see FIGS. 7 to 9), that is, the first buffer member 20A and the second buffer member 20B are used. As in the case of the first embodiment (see FIGS. 5 and 6), the first buffer member 20A and the second buffer member 20B are different in the area of the support plate portion and the height of each foot plate portion. ing. That is, the support plate portion of the second buffer member 20B is larger than the support plate portion of the first buffer member 20A, and the height of each foot plate portion of the second buffer member 20B is equal to each foot plate portion of the first buffer member 20A. Greater than height. The bottom surface of the corrugated cardboard carton box (packaging box) 100 is slightly larger than the support plate portion of the second buffer member 20B.

Further, in each example, by using the first buffer member 20A, the second buffer member 20B, and the partition plate 50, similarly to the case of the first embodiment described above (see FIGS. 5 and 6), the carton box In 100, the three-stage spout pouches P are divided and placed on the first buffer member 20A by one stage and on the second buffer member 20B by two stages. In the first example shown in FIG. 10, a plurality (for example, six) of pouches with spouts P at each stage are arranged so as to partially overlap while the directions of the spouts are sequentially changed. In the second example shown in FIG. 11, a plurality (for example, six) of pouches with spouts P at each stage are arranged so that the directions of the spouts are in a fixed direction and partially overlap. Further, in the third example shown in FIG. 12, in each stage, five pouches with spouts P are arranged so as to partially overlap the spouts in a certain direction, and three pouches P have the five pouches P. It is arranged on the pouch P so as to partially overlap in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the five pouches P. Further, in the fourth example shown in FIG. 13, three pouches with spouts P are arranged so as to partially overlap in the vertical direction with the spouts directed in a certain direction, and next to the three pouches with spouts P Similarly, the spouts are arranged so as to partially overlap in the vertical direction with a certain direction. In the fifth example shown in FIG. 14, four pouches with spouts P are arranged so as to be partially overlapped as shown in FIG. 15 while alternately changing the direction of the spouts, and four spouts are adjacent to the pouches P. The attached pouches P are similarly arranged so as to partially overlap while alternately changing the direction of the spout. In the fifth example shown in FIG. 14, the direction of the spout is two directions. However, since it is only changed alternately, the packaging can be easily automated.

Each of the above-described arrangement examples of the pouches with spouts P is considered so that the spouts do not come into contact with each other due to vibration or the like. Further, an arrangement in which all the pouches are arranged in the same direction as shown in FIGS. 11 and 13 is suitable for automating the packing operation.

Next, a buffer member according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 16, FIG. 17, FIG. 16 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the buffer member, FIG. 17 is a plan view showing the buffer member as viewed from above, FIG. 18 is a developed view of the buffer member, and FIG. 19 is a buffer member. It is a figure which shows the relationship of the magnitude | size with the rectangular bottom part of the carton box in which this buffer member is accommodated. The buffer member according to the third embodiment is characterized in that it has a structure that can be easily set at the center of the bottom of the carton box.

16, 17, and 18, the buffer member 30 is corrugated cardboard, and is formed by cutting off four rectangular corner portions, and the first oblique side 33 a, the second oblique side 33 b, the third oblique side 33 c, and the fourth oblique side. The support plate part 31 having a shape having a hypotenuse 33d, and the first bezel 31a, the second border 31b, the third border 31c, and the fourth border 31d except for the four oblique sides 33a, 33b, 33c, and 33d continue downward. The first foot plate portion 32a, the second foot plate portion 32b, the third foot plate portion 32c, and the fourth foot plate portion 32d are formed in a table shape. The first foot plate portion 32a continuing downward from the first edge 31a joined to the first oblique side 33a has an extension 32aa extending beyond the first oblique side 33a. Further, the second foot plate portion 32b joined to the second oblique side 33b and extending downward from the second edge 31b extending in a direction perpendicular to the first edge 31a has an extension 32ba extending beyond the second oblique side 33b. ing. Further, the third foot plate portion 32c continuing downward from the third edge 31c joined to the third hypotenuse 33c has an extension 32ca extending beyond the third hypotenuse 33c. The fourth foot plate portion 32d joined to the fourth oblique side 33d and extending downward from the fourth edge 31d extending in the direction orthogonal to the third edge 31c has an extension 32da extending beyond the fourth oblique side 33d. ing.

As shown in FIG. 19, the length of the extension portion 32aa of the first foot plate portion 32a is set to a predetermined length larger than the length αa of the first oblique side 33a in the extending direction of the first foot plate portion 32a, and The length of the extended portion 32ba of the biped plate portion 32b is set to a predetermined length larger than the length αb of the second oblique side 33b in the extending direction of the second footplate portion 32b. Further, the length of the extension portion 32ca of the third foot plate portion 32c is set to a predetermined length larger than the length αc of the third hypotenuse 33c in the extending direction of the third foot plate portion 32c, and the fourth foot plate. The length of the extension part 32da of the part 32d is set to a predetermined length greater than the length αd of the fourth hypotenuse 33d in the direction in which the fourth foot plate part 32d extends. By setting the lengths of the extension portions 32aa, 32ba, 32ca, 32da of the foot plate portions 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d in this way, the first extension portion 32aa of the first foot plate portion 32a is eventually Over the second foot plate portion 32b orthogonal to the first foot plate portion 32a, the second extension portion 32ba of the second foot plate portion 32b exceeds the third foot plate portion 32c orthogonal to the second foot plate portion 32b, The third extension portion 32ca of the third foot plate portion 32c exceeds the fourth foot plate portion 32d orthogonal to the third foot plate portion 32b, and further, the fourth extension portion 32da of the fourth foot plate portion 32d is fourth. The first foot plate portion 32a that is orthogonal to the foot plate portion 32d is crossed (see FIG. 15). The distance a between the distal end of the extension portion 32aa of the first foot plate portion 32a and the distal end of the extension portion 32ca of the third foot plate portion 32c is the width of the rectangular bottom portion of the carton box in which the buffer member 30 is accommodated. Corresponding to the length in the direction, the distance b between the tip of the extension portion 32ba of the second foot plate portion 32b and the tip of the extension portion 32da of the fourth foot plate portion 32d is that of the carton box in which the buffer member 30 is accommodated. Corresponds to the vertical length of the rectangular bottom.

As in the buffer member 10 (FIGS. 1 to 3) according to the first embodiment, the holes 34a and 34b for hooking fingers are formed on the support plate portion 31 and the second portion sandwiching the second edge 31b. It is formed at a predetermined position at a boundary portion between the foot plate portion 32b and at a predetermined position at a boundary portion between the support plate portion 31 and the fourth foot plate portion 32d with the fourth edge 31d interposed therebetween. Thereby, the buffer member 30 can be easily inserted into and removed from the carton box.

In the buffer member 30 having the structure as described above, the buffer member 10 according to the first embodiment (see FIGS. 1 to 3) and the buffer member 20 according to the second embodiment (see FIGS. 7 to 9). ), The central portion Em of the support plate 31 can be bent relatively large, and the four corner portions of the support plate 31 can be easily bent. Therefore, an effective relaxation action can be obtained not only in the central portion of the support plate portion 31 but also in the corner portion thereof. Further, by inserting the tips of the extension portions 32aa, 32ba, 32ca, 32da of the foot plate portions 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d of the buffer member 30 along the inner wall of the carton box, the buffer member 30 is It comes to be located at the center of the rectangular bottom of the box. As a result, as shown in FIG. 19, a uniform gap Δ is formed between each foot plate portion 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d of the buffer member 30 and the inner wall of the carton box.

In the buffer member 30 described above, all of the four foot plate portions 32a, 32b, 32c, and 32d have the extension portions 32aa, 32ba, 32ca, and 32da, but at least two foot plate portions that are orthogonal to each other. Any structure having an extension portion may be used, for example, a combination of the extension portion 32aa and the extension portion 32ba, a combination of the extension portion 32aa and the extension portion 32da, or the extension portion 32aa and the fourth foot plate. It may be a combination of extensions extending from the portion 32d beyond the third hypotenuse 33c. Further, the second foot plate portion 32b continuing downward from the second edge 31b joined to the first oblique side 33a has an extension extending beyond the first oblique side 33a, and from the third edge 31c joined to the second oblique side 33b. The third foot plate portion 32c continuing downward has an extension extending beyond the second hypotenuse 33b, and the fourth foot plate portion 32d continuing downward from the fourth edge 31d joined to the third hypotenuse 33c is the third hypotenuse 33c. The first foot plate portion 32a extending downward from the first edge 31a joined to the fourth hypotenuse 33d may have an extension extending beyond the fourth hypotenuse 33d. it can. Also in this case, the support plate portion 31 may have a shape in which at least one corner portion of the four corner portions is cut off to form a hypotenuse.

An example of a package using the buffer member 30 as described above is shown in FIG. In this example, two buffer members having the above-described structure (see FIGS. 16 to 19), that is, the first buffer member 30A and the second buffer member 30B are used. The first buffer member 30A and the second buffer member 30B are similar to the case of the first embodiment (see FIGS. 5 and 6) and the case of the second embodiment (FIGS. 10 to 14). The area of the support plate portion and the height of each foot plate portion are different. That is, the support plate portion of the second buffer member 30B is larger than the support plate portion of the first buffer member 30A, and the height of each foot plate portion of the second buffer member 30B is equal to each foot plate portion of the first buffer member 30A. Greater than height. The rectangular bottom surface of the corrugated cardboard carton box (packaging box) 100 is slightly larger than the support plate portion of the second buffer member 30B.

First, the first buffering member 30A is provided with the extension portions 32aa, 32ba, 32ca, and 32da of the foot plate portions 32a, 32b, 32c, and 32d along the inner wall of the carton box 100 (see FIG. 19). The member 30A is put in the carton box 100. 30 A of 1st buffer members are located in the center part of the bottom part of the carton box 100, and clearance gap (DELTA) is formed between each footplate part 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d and the inner wall of the carton box 100. FIG. In this way, a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with spouts P are placed on the support plate portion of the first buffer member 30A housed in the carton box 100 so as to partially overlap. Next, the second buffer member 30B is placed in the carton box 100 so that each foot plate part of the second buffer member 30B enters the gap Δ between each foot plate part of the first buffer member 10A and the inner wall of the carton box 100. It is stored in. Also at that time, while extending the tips of the extension portions 32aa, 32ba, 32ca, 32da of the foot plate portions 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d of the second buffer member 30B along the inner wall of the carton box 100 (see FIG. 19), The second buffer member 30 </ b> B is put in the carton box 100.

And like each embodiment mentioned above, a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with a spout P, a partition plate 50, and a plurality of pouches with a spout are sequentially provided on the support plate portion of the second buffer member 10B. Overlaid. Finally, the lid of the carton box 100 is closed, and a package body in which the pouches with spouts P are stored in three layers in the carton box 100 is completed.

In such a package, by using the first buffer member 30A, the second buffer member 30B, and the partition plate 50, in the carton box 100, with a three-stage spout, as in the case of each of the embodiments described above. The pouch P is divided and placed on the first buffer member 30A by one stage and on the second buffer member 30B by two stages. Then, during the packing operation, the first buffering member 30 </ b> A includes the first buffering member 32 </ b> A, 32 b, 32 c, and 32 d extending along the ends 32 aa, 32 ba, 32 ca, and 32 da along the inner wall of the carton box 100. By inserting the member 30A into the carton box 100, a certain gap Δ is automatically secured between each foot plate portion and the inner wall of the carton box 100 in which each foot plate portion of the second buffer member 30B should enter. The packaging work can be easily performed.

Next, a buffer member according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 21, FIG. 22, and FIG. FIG. 21 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the buffer member, FIG. 22 is a plan view showing the buffer member viewed from above, and FIG. 23 is a development view of the buffer member. The buffer member according to the fourth embodiment is characterized in that a slit is formed in each corner portion.

21, 22, and 23, the buffer member 40 is made of corrugated paper, and has a rectangular support plate portion 41 on which an object is placed, and four foot plate portions that support the support plate portion 41, that is, The first foot plate portion 42a, the second foot plate portion 42b, the third foot plate portion 42c, and the fourth foot plate portion 42d are formed in a trapezoidal shape. In the support plate portion 41, a first oblique slit 43a extending from the first edge 41a to the second edge 41b is formed at a corner portion where the first edge 41a and the second edge 41b perpendicular to each other meet, and the second edge 41b orthogonal to the first edge 41a. In the corner portion where the third edge 41c abuts, the second oblique slit 43b extending from the second edge 41b to the second edge 41c is formed, and in the corner portion where the orthogonal third edge 41c and the fourth edge 41d abut. A third oblique slit 43c extending from the third edge 41c to the fourth edge 41d is formed, and at the corner portion where the fourth edge 41d and the first edge 41a intersect each other, the fourth edge 41d extends to the first edge 41a. The fourth oblique slit 43d is formed. Then, the first foot plate portion 42a, the second foot plate portion 42b, the third foot plate portion 42c, and the lower side from the first edge 41a, the second edge 41b, the third edge 41c, and the fourth edge 41d of the support plate 41, and The fourth foot plate portion 42d continues.

As in the case of each of the above-described embodiments, the holes 44a and 44b for hooking fingers are predetermined at the boundary between the support plate 41 and the second foot plate 42b with the second edge 41b interposed therebetween. It is formed at a predetermined position in the boundary portion between the support plate portion 41 and the fourth foot plate portion 42d with the fourth edge 41d interposed therebetween. Thereby, the buffer member 40 can be easily inserted into and removed from the carton box.

In the cushioning member 40 having the structure as described above, the support plate portion 41 is supported by the four foot plate portions 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d at the four edges 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d. The central portion of the support plate 41 having a relatively large distance from the plate portions 42a, 42b, 42c, and 42d can be bent relatively large. Also, at each corner portion of the support plate 41, the support plate 41 is cut by the first oblique slit 43a, the second oblique slit 43b, the third oblique slit 43c, and the fourth oblique slit 43d. The vicinity of each oblique slit 43a, 43b, 43c, 43d is easily bent. Therefore, an effective relaxation action can be obtained not only in the central portion of the support plate portion 41 but also in each corner portion thereof.

In the buffer member 40 described above, the diagonal slits are formed in all four corner portions, but the diagonal slits may be formed in at least one corner portion. In this case, since the corner portion where the oblique slit is formed is more easily bent, an effective relaxation action can be obtained at least at the corner portion as well as the central portion of the support plate portion.

An example of a package using the buffer member 40 as described above is shown in FIG. In FIG. 24, two buffer members having the above-described structure (see FIGS. 21 to 23), that is, the first buffer member 40A and the second buffer member 40B are used. The first buffer member 40A and the second buffer member 40B are similar to the above-described embodiments in that the support plate portion of the second buffer member 40B is larger than the support plate portion of the first buffer member 40A. The height of each foot plate portion of the two buffer members 40B is larger than the height of each foot plate portion of the first buffer member 40A. The bottom surface of the corrugated cardboard carton box (packaging box) 100 is slightly larger than the support plate portion of the second buffer member 40B.

As in the above-described embodiments, the first buffer member 40A, a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with spout P, the second buffer member 40B, and a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with spout P The partition plate 50 and a plurality of (for example, six) pouches with spouts P are sequentially accommodated in the carton box 100. In this way, in the carton box 100, the three-stage spout pouch P is divided and placed on the first buffer member 40A by one stage and on the second buffer member 40B by two stages. become.

In each of the embodiments described above, the first buffer member and the second buffer member have the same characteristics, but may be combined with different embodiments, for example, the first buffer member 30A (FIG. 20) and the second buffer member 10B (see FIG. 5) may be combined. The combination is not limited to the combination of two buffer members and a partition plate. The combination includes one buffer member and a partition plate, three or more buffer members, and no partition plate. ) And can be selected as appropriate in consideration of the size of the carton.

As described above, the shock-absorbing member according to the present invention has an effect that an effective shock-absorbing action can be obtained even in the corner portion, and is accommodated in a packaging box such as a carton box. It is useful as a cushioning member that reduces the impact on an object placed in the packaging box when dropped. Moreover, as shown in each development view, the buffer member can be configured by a simple operation of bending the four sides of the flat plate to form the foot plate portion, which can contribute to automation of the packing operation.
