Claims (13)
- ベースと、
外壁と、前記外壁の内側に位置する内壁と、前記外壁と前記内壁とを一体で連結する連結板とを含む、ハウジングであるヨークと、
前記ヨークの内側に設けられ、レンズが内周面にねじ結合されるように形成されたキャリアと、
前記キャリアの外周面に配置されるコイルと、
前記キャリアの上面に上側ばねの内側部が結合され、前記キャリアを支持する前記上側ばねと、
前記キャリアの下面に下側ばねの内側部が結合され、前記キャリアを支持する前記下側ばねと、
前記ヨークの内周面に固定されるマグネットを含み、
前記キャリアの外周面には、係止レールが突出して形成され、
前記ヨークには、前記ヨークの内壁及び前記内壁に接する連結板の部位に連通される開放溝が形成され、前記キャリアの前記ヨークに対する回転が防止されるように、前記係止レールが前記開放溝に挿入され、
前記下側ばねの外側部には、複数の支持孔が形成され、前記ベースには、支持突起が形成され、前記複数の支持孔に前記支持突起が挿入され、前記下側ばねの外側部が、前記ベースの上面と接することを特徴とするレンズ駆動用モータ。 - 前記複数の支持孔は前記ばねの隅に形成される、請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- 前記ばねの外側は前記ベースに支持されている、請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- 前記ヨークは前記ベースに結合されている、請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- 前記ばねは第1ばねと第2ばねを含む、請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- 前記コイルと前記マグネットの動作により持ち上げられた前記キャリアは前記ばねにより最初の位置にもどる、請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- ベースと、
外壁と、前記外壁の内側に位置する内壁と、前記外壁と前記内壁とを一体で連結する連結板とを含む、ハウジングであるヨークと、
前記ヨークの内側に設けられ、レンズが内周面に結合されるように形成されたキャリアと、
前記キャリアの外周面に配置されるコイルと、
前記キャリアの上面に上側ばねの内側部が結合され、前記キャリアを支持する前記上側ばねと、
前記キャリアの下面に下側ばねの内側部が結合され、前記キャリアを支持する前記下側ばねと、
前記ヨークの内周面に固定されるマグネットを含み、
前記キャリアの外周面には、係止レールが形成され、前記ヨークには、前記内側及び連結板部位に連通されて形成される開放溝が形成され、前記キャリアのヨークに対する回転が防止されるように、前記係止レールが前記開放溝に挿入されて係止され、
前記ばねの外側部には、複数の支持孔が形成され、前記ベースには、支持突起が形成され、前記複数の支持孔に支持突起が挿入され、前記下側ばねの外側部が、前記ベースの上面と接触することを特徴とするレンズ駆動用モータ。 - 前記ばねの内側は前記キャリアが通過する複数の貫通孔と結合され、前記ばねの内側は前記キャリアの前記外周面に埋め込まれて一体化して形成された、請求項7に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- 前記ヨークは前記ベースに結合され、前記ヨークは、前記キャリアを包むように配置される、請求項7に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- 前記キャリアの外周面は、前記マグネットと作用して前記キャリアを持ち上げるように構成されたコイルに配置される、請求項7に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- 前記開放溝は前記内壁と前記連結板を接続するように形成される、請求項7に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- 前記開放溝は、前記内壁に接触する前記連結板と前記ヨークの前記内壁が結合する前記ヨークの部分に形成される、請求項7に記載のレンズ駆動用モータ。
- 請求項1に記載されたレンズ駆動用モータを含む、カメラ。
