Description
また、各家庭でも利用できる人工炭酸泉装置が登場し、誰でもより身近に炭酸泉を利用できるようになってきている。
炭酸ガスはその性質上、単純にお湯に大量の炭酸ガスを溶け込ませることはできないため、温水に炭酸ガスを溶かすための公知技術が開発されている。
この公知技術は、タンクなどの圧力容器を有し、その圧力容器の上部に炭酸ガス空間を持ち、容器上部から給湯器や送水ポンプにより送られたお湯を容器内に勢いよく噴射し、その噴射流が容器内に溜められて炭酸ガスを巻き込んでお湯に衝突することにより、容器内の温水が炭酸ガスで泡立つ状態を作り、温水と炭酸ガスの接触面積を大幅に増大して、比較的低圧下でも炭酸ガスを温水に効率よく溶解させる炭酸泉生成方法および装置である。
これらの公知技術は、炭酸ガス供給手段と、液体供給手段と、前記炭酸ガス供給手段と前記液体供給手段とに連結された炭酸ガス溶解器を備えた炭酸泉生成装置であって、前記炭酸ガス溶解器は、内径側に蛇腹状の凹凸を長手方向に連続して形成した管材によって形成され、前記管材をコイル状に巻回した外側流路と、該外側流路の端部を折り返して接続されて外側流路の内側に管材をコイル状に巻回した内側流路とからなり、前記液体供給手段より供給される温水を炭酸泉に変えて供給する炭酸泉生成装置やガス溶解製造装置である。
前記外管の内径と前記大径内管の外径との間には隙間0.01〜10mmが形成される。
前記大径内管の底部と前記下部接続管の二重筒の上面との間に高さ空間100mmが形成される寸法となっている。
図1の要部断面正面図に示すように、本発明の多目的ガス溶解装置は、先端にネジ部1を備え、内側に流通路を備えた同心円状の嵌合筒2を有する上部接続管3と、下端にネジ部4を備え、内側に流通路を備えた同心円状の二重筒5を有する下部接続管6と、前記上部接続管3と前記下部接続管6と連結して内側嵌合する直筒状の外管7と、前記上部接続管3の嵌合筒2に嵌合する小径内管8と該小径内管8に連続してテーパ面9を介して一体に形成された大径内管10とを備え、前記外管7に内蔵される容器状の内管本体11とから構成される。
前記下部接続管6は、逆向きのキャップ状をなしており、生成された炭酸泉を排出する排出管(図示せず)に接続されるネジ部4を下端に備え、キャップ状の内側に流通路を備えた同心円状の二重筒5を設け、またキャップ状の内径側には前記外管7の外径側が嵌合されて一体化される。
前記外管7は、直筒状をなしており、前記上部接続管3と前記下部接続管6とを連結してなり、筒内には前記内管本体11が内蔵収納される。
前記内管本体11は、容器状をなしており、前記上部接続管3の嵌合筒2に嵌合する小径内管8と、該小径内管8に連続してテーパ面9を介して一体に形成された大径内管10とを備え、前記小径内管8のテーパ面側には多数の細孔12が形成される。
また、前記外管7の内径と前記内管本体11の大径内管10の外径との間には隙間0.01〜10mmが形成され、前記細孔12から噴出した炭酸泉が前記隙間を円環状に下流側に噴流となって流下する。
さらに、前記大径内管10の底部と前記下部接続管6の上面との間に高さ空間100mmが形成される寸法となっている。
図3の上部拡大断面図に示す上部接続管3のネジ部1を、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水又は温水と炭酸ガスの気液混合流体を供給する供給管(図示せず)に螺合固定し、一方、図4の下部拡大断面図に示す下部接続管6のネジ部4を、生成された炭酸泉を排出する排出管(図示せず)に螺合固定する。尚、前記排出管(図示せず)は先端に蛇口、シャワー等を備えたものを使用する。
図3に示すように、液体の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水又は温水と気泡の炭酸ガスとの気液混合流体は、前記上部接続管3の嵌合筒2を通って小径内管8に流入し、図4に示す大径内管10の底部13に突き当たり逆流して上昇する。
前記内管本体11の容器内部に溜まった気液混合流体は、小径内管8に多数形成した細孔12から噴出し、外管7と内管本体11の空間に細泡の噴流となって流れ出る。前記細孔12から気液混合流体の噴出の際、液体の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水又は温水と気泡の炭酸ガスが撹拌され、炭酸ガスが次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水又は温水に溶解する。
外管7と内管本体11の空間に流れ出た炭酸ガス溶解流体は、テーパ面9に沿って下流へ流れ、外管7と大径内管10の隙間を環状噴流体となって流れ出る。
図4に示すように、下部接続管6の二重筒5の外側へ流れ下り、前記下部接続管6の底部14に衝突して逆流して上昇し、前記二重筒5の上部から二重筒5の内部に流れ込む。前記下部接続管6の底部14に衝突して逆流して上昇する際に、前記炭酸ガス溶解流体は完全に溶解した炭酸泉となって大径内管10の底部と前記下部接続管6の上面との間に空間から前記二重筒5に流れ込む。
この生成された炭酸泉は、前記二重筒5から流通路を介して排出管(図示せず)に排出され、蛇口、シャワー等を介して炭酸泉が利用される。

- 先端にネジ部を備え、内側に流通路を備えた同心円状の嵌合筒を有するキャップ状の上部接続管と、下端にネジ部を備え、内側に流通路を備えた同心円状の二重筒を有するキャップ状の下部接続管と、前記上部接続管と前記下部接続管と連結してキャップ状の内側に嵌合する直筒状の外管と、前記上部接続管の嵌合筒に嵌合する小径内管と該小径内管に連続してテーパ面を介して一体に形成された大径内管とを備え、前記小径内管のテーパ面側には多数の細孔が形成され、前記外管の内径と前記大径内管の外径との間には隙間が形成される容器状の内管本体とから構成され、前記大径内管の底部と前記下部接続管の二重筒の上面との間に高さ空間が形成される寸法となっていることを特徴とする多目的ガス溶解装置。
- 前記外管の内径と前記大径内管の外径との間には隙間0.01〜10mmが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多目的ガス溶解装置。
- 前記大径内管の底部と前記下部接続管の二重筒の上面との間に高さ空間100mmが形成される寸法となっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多目的ガス溶解装置。
