Description
Claims (19)
- 軟性組織及び骨の少なくとも一方を含む組織を処置する外科用切断機器であって、
基端側部分と、切断チップを規定する鋸歯状縁を有する先端側部分と、を有する中空で細長い第1の部材と、
基端側領域と、切断窓を形成する先端側領域と、を有し、前記切断窓は鋸歯状縁を有するチューブ状の第2の部材と、
前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材を互いに対して共通の軸回りに移動させ、前記切断チップによって前記組織を繰り返し処置させる手段と、
を具備し、
細長い前記第1の部材は、前記切断チップが前記切断窓で露出する状態に、チューブ状の前記第2の部材の内部に同軸に配置され、
前記切断窓は、基端側の第1の開口と、先端側の第2の開口とを備えており、
前記第1の開口及び前記第2の開口は、2つの点の間で連続しており、
前記2つの点のそれぞれには、2つの点の中間を向き、互いに距離Dを空けて反対方向を向く歯が位置しており、
前記歯は、前記第1の開口及び前記第2の開口の形状によって形成されており、
前記切断窓の寸法を増大させることなく、前記切断窓の、前記軟性組織及び前記骨による詰まりに対する抵抗性を高め、前記組織の処理量を増大させるように、前記第1の開口は、前記距離Dよりも大きい横方向幅Cを有しており、前記第2の開口は、前記横方向幅Cよりも大きい横方向幅Bを有している、
機器。 - 前記切断窓の前記第1の開口は、Aと示す面積を有し、中空の前記第1の部材は、Bと示す断面積を有し、AとBとの比率は、1:1と2:1との間である、請求項1の外科用切断機器。
- ハンドピースをさらに具備する、請求項1の外科用切断機器。
- 前記第2の部材に接続される灌注経路をさらに具備する、請求項1の外科用切断機器。
- 前記第1の部材に接続される吸引経路をさらに具備する、請求項1の外科用切断機器。
- チューブ状の細長い前記第2の部材は、チューブ状の前記第1の部材以外のアセンブリに対して固定されている、請求項1の外科用切断機器。
- 軟性組織及び骨の少なくとも一方を含む組織を処置する外科用切断機器であって、
基端側部分と、切断チップを規定する鋸歯状縁を有する先端側部分と、を有する中空で細長い第1の部材と、
基端側領域と、切断窓を形成する先端側領域と、を有し、前記切断窓は鋸歯状縁を有するチューブ状の第2の部材と、
前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材を互いに対して共通の軸回りに移動させ、前記切断チップによって前記組織を繰り返し処置させる手段と、
を具備し、
細長い前記第1の部材は、前記切断チップが前記切断窓で露出する状態に、チューブ状の前記第2の部材の内部に同軸に配置され、
前記切断窓は、第1及び第2の開口断面を備え、前記切断窓の前記第1の開口断面は、Aと示す面積を有し、中空の前記第1の部材は、Bと示す断面積を有し、
前記Bと示す断面積は、前記第1の部材のルーメンの面積であり、
前記切断窓の寸法を増大させることなく、前記切断窓の、前記軟性組織及び前記骨による詰まりに対する抵抗性を高め、前記組織の処理量を増大させるように、AとBとの比率は、1:1と2:1との間であり、
前記第1の開口断面は基端側の断面であり、前記第2の開口断面は先端側の断面であり、
前記第1の開口断面及び前記第2の開口断面は、2つの点の間で連続しており、
前記2つの点のそれぞれには、2つの点の中間を向き、互いに距離Dを空けて反対方向を向く歯が位置しており、
前記歯は、前記第1の開口断面及び前記第2の開口断面の形状によって形成されている、
機器。 - 前記距離Dは、前記第1の開口断面の最大幅寸法より小さい、請求項7の外科用切断機器。
- ハンドピースをさらに具備する、請求項7の外科用切断機器。
- 前記第2の部材に接続される灌注経路をさらに具備する、請求項7の外科用切断機器。

- 軟性組織及び骨の少なくとも一方を含む組織を処置する外科用切断機器であって、
基端側部分と、切断チップを規定する鋸歯状縁を有する先端側部分と、を有する中空で細長い第1の部材と、
基端側領域と、切断窓を形成する先端側領域と、を有し、前記切断窓は鋸歯状縁を有するチューブ状の第2の部材と、
前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材を互いに対して共通の軸回りに移動させ、前記切断チップによって前記組織を繰り返し処置させる手段と、
を具備し、
細長い前記第1の部材は、前記切断チップが前記切断窓で露出する状態に、チューブ状の前記第2の部材の内部に同軸に配置され、
前記切断窓の寸法を増大させることなく、前記切断窓の、前記軟性組織及び前記骨による詰まりに対する抵抗性を高め、前記組織の処理量を増大させるように、前記切断窓は、第1及び第2の開口断面を備え、前記切断窓の前記第1の開口断面は、基端側台形状部を備え、前記切断窓の前記第2の開口断面は、略半円状の先端側部を備え、
前記第1及び前記第2の開口断面は、2つの点の間で連続しており、
前記2つの点のそれぞれには、2つの点の中間を向き、互いに距離Dを空けて反対方向を向く歯が位置しており、
前記歯は、前記第1の開口断面及び前記第2の開口断面の形状によって形成されている、
機器。 - 前記距離Dは、前記第1の開口断面の最大幅寸法より小さい、請求項13の外科用切断機器。
- 前記切断窓の第1の開口は、Aと示す面積を有し、中空の前記第1の部材は、Bと示す断面積を有し、前記Bと示す断面積は、前記第1の部材のルーメンの面積であり、AとBとの比率は、1:1と2:1との間である、請求項13の外科用切断機器。
